Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 1.57/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.25/day in the week to Jul 26 → 0.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A great homage to 16-bit era racing games, I recommend it even at full price.
Lamborghini American Challenge: Neon Edition
Seriously, people keep bringing up comparisons to Outrun and every other game under the sun save for the actual inspiration for this game, the racing fees, car damage and upgrades, the neutral cars on the road and the police system, even the map and its stars representing the races is a throwback to the SNES game, all it lacks is the betting system before the races. If you played or saw that game everything here is familiar, with "updated" but still retro graphical style.

Looks the part but plays kind of poo wish it was better sadly it's not,I would say to save your money 💰
70% chance you'll enjoy this; full price is fine at £8.99 but if you want it on sale, around £6.30 feels a good max for it (or whatever your currency equivalent is) Pros: + Solid gameplay with vehicle upgrades and a few vehicles to purchase + Plenty of races to compete in across career with side missions, time attack and a track editor + Good 80s vibe looking visuals in line with something like the old Outrun game or Slipstream, character portraits that "take inspiration" from the looks of 80s movie actors Cons: - Final race is a pain and requires you to be unnecessarily aggressive in blocking the opponent to have a chance at winning - Later races in career and time attack can become a bit long to complete - Side missions appear to be a one and done, so if your going after the achievements and fail a side mission but complete the race, you will need to start a new profile and wait for that mission to trigger just to try again
Crash, immediatly crash again because i am still inside the other car, then get pushed into a tree which results in a hard crash, wait to be reset. In the meantime i go from first to fifth place and lose the race. Now i don't have enough money to start another race. Who designs such trash?
classic outrun style game good in short bursts PS last boss is a douche
Base Game - 9/10
- Retro graphics: Beautiful racing landscapes which fit the game perfectly. Only one exception - the final race is a little bit eye-searing. It's just one level out of many, so it doesn't affect otherwise excellent look. - Authentic soundtrack: 18 tracks to pick from before each race, swappable mid-run. I would be glad to see an auto-play option to cycle through them instead of switching manually every time. - Difficulty: Not hard, but not too easy either. A perfect balance for someone who enjoys racing games but isn't especially skilled at them. - Career mode: Classic climb from the bottom to become the top racer. - Time Attack mode: Race against a countdown, claiming back seconds by driving close to traffic.
Achievements - 7/10
For 100%, you'll need to: - Finish career mode, get the first place in every race, buy and upgrade every car - Complete missable missions (see below) - Hit 15 checkpoints in Time Attack - this is the only achievement I found difficult and time consuming - Own 1,000,000 coins (not just earn, but own) and spend 10,000 on fuel - both look grindy but aren't. One of the races in the end pays out 100,000 per run, and fuel burns even if you just idle. Both obtainable relatively quickly. The missable missions deserve more attention. It's a strange thing to find missable content in a racing game whose whole structure is to beat every level and reach the top. I got lucky and checked the achievement list before playing, though even that didn't warn me these were missable. My habit is to treat every game content as missable by default, so I caught them all anyway without any problems. Missions show up as a shady character who gives you a secondary objective in some of the races, like collecting floppy discs on the track, or loosing a race on purpose for cash, that sort of thing. They are easy to complete, but don't look as something missable at all. If you decline one, or fail it without restarting the race, it's gone for that save. Your only fix is a new profile and a full replay. The game itself is short and genuinely enjoyable, but not something I'd want to redo purely over something I missed.
Conclusion
I had a lot of fun playing this game and definitely recommend it! I almost feel bad buying it at 90% off. I'd be glad to buy the soundtrack if it was ever released on Steam. Just be careful with missions if you want to get all achievements.

I actually think this game is a good game based on original outrun. I'd like to see the option to define keys as the Nitro button is completely wrong, and maybe a continuous game where you trace through multiple levels one after another to make the game play a little longer. This is really access, so I can't wait to see the final release.
