About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.
25 times bigger, expandable maps of REAL CITIES with 3D buildings

Reviews
This game was good in the past, but it is pointless playing it now. Upgrading equipment doesn't make sense anymore because every item is bugged and maxed out at 100%. Police officers are basically invincible! It's been this way for a long while now, and there doesn't seem to be any update coming to fix the bug. I own a few games from this developer, but I will be avoiding any future titles if this is how they treat their customers.
I give this an 8.5 out of 10. Runs great on windows 11. Also I enjoy the game play as an emergency operator sending units to emergencies. It is a good game that runs good I will be playing more of it in the future.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Game is good, but you get a negative for unskippable ads on launch and exit, especially the zombie picture! Rethink your educational aspect.
112 Operator is a great game for anyone that likes fairly straight-forward time-juggling simulation. The real flavor of the game (for me, at least) comes from the gradual increase in the capability of your team due to acquisitions of new equipment and the like. I also appreciate the nicety of being able to use a local map. Really, my only problem with the game is the increase in frequency/severity of the calls. I know the inclusion of that is what makes it a "game," but it's not realistic. Just because your local FD got a couple of shiny new rigs, it doesn't (necessarily) mean there will be an uptick in fire-related calls. That's my experience, at least.
Cannot even get the start menu to select any of the buttons. I remember enjoying the game before whatever happened with it.
В свободной игре не работает поиск городов, не загружаются сценарии кроме последнего долга! За что я деньги заплатил? Я просто так просрал деньги на длс!
Masterpiece! 8/10
112 Operator is the big cousin of 911 Operator, and as much as I liked the first game, this is a genuine improvement on all fronts. The main takeaway from this review is that 112 Operator is intentionally a very stressful and demanding game. Multiple times I caught myself thinking, “this is so bad,” as I tried to will the city not to crumble into disarray. That said, this is exactly the experience I was looking for, and I’m very happy with it. However, I would expect this level of stress from a “hard” difficulty, not medium. Still, a “crisis manager responder” game should be stressful and demanding by necessity. The main improvement over the original is the addition of a campaign. In 911 Operator, the calls eventually started repeating, yet there were still many you never got to hear. The campaign solves this problem very elegantly. My main complaints are mostly about everything outside the core gameplay. The game does a poor job of communicating which squads will be injured for the next duty or what equipment is actually useful. The weather tab feels overdesigned and provides little helpful information ahead of time. Emails are a mixed bag, ranging from highly immersive to trivial messages like a firefighter complaining about not having enough work. Overall, 8.5/10. I’m very happy with my purchase, though I did get it on a good sale.
The efficiency values of the equipment you can assign to your various crew are bugged, making your rookies as skilled as veterans and making various crew functionally immortal to various things. Kills the challenge to use the equipment, kills the enjoyment not to tailor specific gear loadouts for specific duties. It was a great game in the past, but without an update, nah
very realistic and nice and i wish i got paid for this because i work very hard and save (almost) everyone
