I purchased the full 10 Minute Game Collection and am going to play them in the order they appear in my library. That means this is #10 of 10. The grand finale. Know in advance what you are getting. As the collection title suggests, a ten minute game is not a triple A title. It is a short game-jam-esque proof of concept / working prototype / execution of an idea. At least that's what I'm going to infer from first impressions. You are such a Soft and Round Kitten is a catnip fever dream. A surreal and faintly menacing world where logic can take a rest among brightly coloured characters and backgrounds. A small, cute and cuddly Castlevania. No, a Kittenvania. Befriend frogs, find balloons, defy gravity. Dive deeper and deeper into this maze to acquire the six letters of power. A beautifully strange collection of ideas with a delightfully homegrown aesthetic akin to an alienmelon joint. Subversive humour. Discordant hypnotic music. A cappella level transitions. Fourth wall breaking instructions. Bizarre powerups. Unlimited meowing. Sweet 'cat in a party hat' mouse cursor on menu screens. Shouldn't take much longer than ten or fifteen minutes to complete, but is worth a second or third playthrough if you enjoy this style of carefully curated insanity. You too can has cheezburger.

it feels longer than 10 minutes

I hate this actually. Like a lot. This game play is extremely annoying and frustrating. The music is annoying and loud. The jingle between doors got old after thirty seconds as well. Not even being a soft, round kitten could save this game
