About
Zero Caliber is the ultimate VR shooter with a full-blown single player/Co-op campaign (up to 4 players), cross-play PvP game modes, native mod support, and ZOMBIES.
Rise through the ranks to unlock a wide variety of weapons and attachments, customize them, climb, jump, crouch, shoot, get to cover, reload, invite your friends, repeat - be prepared for a mind-blowingly immersive experience!
Handle, aim and reload your weapons with real-life movements! We modeled the in-game weapons based on their real-life counterparts paying extreme attention to detail. Each weapon has its unique reloading method that you have to learn and practice to fully master them.
If you fancy explosions, just grab a grenade and throw it at the enemy. After you pulled the pin of course.
Stay in the open for too long and you’re dead. Try to find cover instead, duck, crouch, sneak, peek around a corner, clear obstacles with real-life movements. Military combat isn’t all about shooting. Being aware of your surroundings, the terrain, and working together with your squadmates are all part of a successful mission. Don’t let your fellow soldiers down!
Everyone has a unique playstyle. Is accuracy your thing? Put a laser sight on your assault rifle and take accurate shots in semi-automatic mode, or just grab a sniper rifle. Are you more of a shoot first, ask later type of person? Take a shotgun, or dual wield your machine guns in fully automatic firing mode. Be careful though, recoil can make your job really difficult! Combine your favourite gun with your favourite attachments on-the-fly to find out which variation suits you the most!
Water is life. Someone should’ve made that clear before humanity started poisoning Earth with microplastics. Now water is death. People are fighting for drinkable water, for survival.
The military tried their best to keep order, but inevitably they got overwhelmed. That’s when mercenaries appeared.. then entire private armies.. and then when hope started to fade away came the religious cults. The most fearsome of all is a secretive organization worshipping Tlaloc, the aztec God of rain. The “Tlalokii”, as they call themselves. Their motto? “Join us or perish”. What is even worse, they know something that can change the fate of humanity.
Be part of this action-packed, story-driven VR adventure where you fight alongside your fellow soldiers trying to keep order… or what’s left of it anyway.
Download community-made single player/co-op missions or PvP maps, or make your own in Unreal Engine through mod.io!
An all-in-one VR FPS experience that will surely make you forget that you are in a video game!

Good gunplay, great gun customization. Also like the fact that it doesn't force you to play multiplayer, though I'm sure it's fun. I just don't really have anybody to play with, so the AI teammates are a good thing to have. Zombies is pretty tough for single player though. And it doesn't hold your hand, either. It just drops you in, with no idea how to get more ammo. And the wave difficulty increases rather quickly, too. But it's still fun. All in all, well worth the $10 I paid for it, and probably would have paid full price too. lol
used to be great, got butchered in the name of a quest port

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
Great Single-Player / Co-Op, but look elsewhere for PvP
If you are looking for a fresh, straightforward story with plenty of combat, this game is for you. The weapon handling and customization are some of the best in VR—it really makes you feel like an action hero in a modern military setting.
The Breakdown

Gunplay: Excellent manual reloading mechanics and tactile weapon feel.
Campaign: A fun, engaging story that you can tackle solo or with friends in co-op.
Customization: A simple yet satisfying progression system that lets you tweak your gear.

⚠️ A Note on Multiplayer
The multiplayer (PvP) scene in this game is basically non-existent. If your main goal is to compete against other players online, you will likely be disappointed by the empty lobbies.
Final Verdict: Buy this if you want a solid single-player or co-op military shooter. If you are looking for a thriving competitive multiplayer community, go for Contractors VR instead.
After spending time with Zero Caliber VR, I have to say I’m thoroughly disappointed. The promotional material trailers, screenshots, and store descriptions presents a product that looks far more polished, immersive, and graphically advanced than what is actually delivered in-game. What you see in the marketing simply does not reflect the reality of the experience. The game itself feels unfinished, more like a technical showcase or proof of concept than a complete, well-rounded title. While the core gunplay can be enjoyable at times, the environments, visual fidelity, and overall polish fall short of what was advertised. It’s clear that development has effectively ceased, with the focus now shifted to Zero Caliber 2. What’s especially frustrating is that Zero Caliber 2 appears to offer very little that meaningfully differentiates it from the first game. The marketing again emphasizes impressive visuals, but based on what I’ve seen, it feels more like a repackage than a true sequel. The decision to discontinue work on the first title while selling a nearly identical successor at full price feels exploitative toward the original player base. This pattern overpromising through flashy visuals, underdelivering on actual content, and then moving on to sell a “new” version undermines trust between developers and their community. It gives the impression of a studio more focused on short-term profit than on creating something lasting or passionate. As a VR enthusiast, I want to support developers who push the medium forward, but this situation leaves me feeling used rather than valued. The potential was there, but instead of fulfilling it, the developers seem to have abandoned the project in favor of marketing the next iteration. It’s a disappointing example of how not to treat your audience.
well i like it but there has been a know issue with the way they setup the gunstock calibration and they never fixed it, that tells me they are incompetent or they don't care ether way, makes me rethink buying ZC2. Shame
The game is pretty fun but I don’t really trust the devs. Bad decisions in the past and now they are working on the second one when this was untouched for a long time
The game runs and looks like ♥♥♥♥ no matter how good your specs are the multiplayer PVP is sluggish and CROSSPLAY DOESN'T EVEN WORK DESPITE BEING ADVERTISED the campaign is so lackluster and barren please for the love of god save your money if your looking for a actually good campaign shooter for VR play boneworks if your looking for a good multiplayer shooter for VR play pavlov if you are looking to save your money avoid this game
This game had some real potential. Sadly, it will never reach that potential since the devs think this is done. They are working on a follow-up when this game hardly feels done. I'll give them credit, the guns feel good and are really fun to customize. But thats about all thats unique here. The story is mediocre at best and missions feel long and draining since it is a VR title. Spending almost 30 minutes on some missions with pretty much non stop combat will drain you. Especially because the visuals are insanely lacking. The store Screenshots are nothing like the actual game. The actual game looks much worse. I cannot speak on the online parts because I never played them, but the singleplayer elements are just underbaked. If they spent another year of development reworking the story and the missions along with making the visuals nicer to look at, this game could have been good. Right now its incredibly mid. There are better options out there, and if you really like the look of this game for some reason just wait for the next game. No point in getting this one since the next game seems to be very similar.
Forgotten and not polished. Sad. it could've been a good game. AI is retarded, I hate the spawn from nowhere enemy. It is like I'm playing Virtual Cop 2.... Maybe the next one will be better.
I really want to like this game, the NPC'S are terrible in this game. Needs more work, I would like to see more improvements in the quality of the game.
