Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
12 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
I respect this game for the sole merit of not being free to play, and thus having a little more respect for my time and money than other recent YuGiOh offerings. You get 1-2 packs for losing (including surrendering at the start of the match which is nice) and 4-5 for winning. The AI in the duelist campaigns is incompetant. If you have a big attack monster that the AI can't get rid of immediately, it will give up and only set cards for the rest of the game. It can have a full extra deck and not use it even if it feels like it should be doing so. It is not fun; just boring. The finale of the VRAINS campaign (the sole campaign without the visual novel element, mind. Although the other VN elements are so truncated that the story can't be enjoyed) is just weak. I was hoping that I could find a difficult opponent with the online scene being mostly gone. The AI just doesn't cut it. Opening boosters is a chore, the animation is slow, can't be sped up, and only one pack of eight cards can be opened at a time. The card pool is not manipulated apart from the eighth slot being one of the "rare cards" for the booster. It's just a matter of probability that you pull all the cards but you do get diminishing returns as a result, which is still not all that respectful of your time. The excavate animation is far too slow and so playing cards like "World Legacy Survivor/" feels like a punishment more than the significant advantage it gives you. The "Story Decks" are very weak, and the AI will win by virtue of having more playable cards than the player. The finale of VRAINS is a cyberse mirror match, but you win if you go first, your (functional) deck allows you to make the one or two big ATK numbers you need to make the AI cower, the game is one sided in either direction, just not in a way that feels like you win with good play. Also the controls are retrofitted, the plan for the game is for it to be played with a controller, and the mouse being able to click the buttons does feel like something of an afterthought. It's just a shame.

12 on sale3 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 3 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 12 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
