Only took 31 crashes for me to realize this game might not be the most optimized lmao.
Coming from WWE 2K22 and WWE 2K24, this game is without a doubt the strongest entry. The improvement from WWE 2K22 to 2K24 was massive, but they actually hit it out of the park with this one. The AI, character variety, gameplay tweaks, the different match types, and the different fighting styles that now actually really make the wrestlers feel different (i.e., powerhouses, technicians, strikers, etc.) feel very unique; also, animation-wise, it just makes this game feel amazing. After the sh*tshow 2K26 apparently is when it comes to their battle pass model where you have to unlock tons of characters you already paid for via DLCs, which can take tens of hours; WWE 2K25 might be the last and best entry in the franchise worth buying for quite some time to come. PS: With modding tools it is very easy to unlock all the DLC characters you own in the game, so if you don't want to do any of the grinds, that will save you time. To my awareness, this is not yet working with 2K26, so there is that.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Gameplay is nice but be aware that the servers are now shut down. Forget online play and forget uploading your own images for CAS unless you find a direct local workaround. Community library is still up tho!
The game crashed during character creation; undoing a lot of progress I had made. The story mode seems weak compared to previous games. Just like the WWE, it feels like this franchise gets worse with each game.
I am a huge wwe fan. however this game is just a shell of what the games used to be. first off, the PC port does not have the island. I paid the same amount as a console player would pay for this game, and I am missing a whole mode in the game? I also enjoy creating, but I can not for the life of me stay in the creation suite for longer than 10 minutes without the game crashing. the myrise was alright. they still can't do justice for having a masked wrestler and the voice for your myrise character makes you sound like a dad from the suburbs. there is also a match in the myrise where a key character (who enters pretty late into the match) gets stuck and can not continue the match to trigger the next cutscene forcing you to start the whole match sequence over. that was my final straw.
Hell yeah!!! Its a great game only downside they re-relase same game every year. But this one was better as it has many features. The fun is more when played with friends.
Game is really good, but the grinding in the MyFaction is pathetic.
This is the best wrestling game IF you don't have WWE 2K23. It has little upgrades here and there, but the core gameplay is the same as WWE 2K22, but 23 is faster (same speed as this one). Solid wrestling, will take you back to the N64 days, lots of customizations, even though it's a downgrade from 2k23. The game feels like a cell phone games, like you don't own it. You're constantly shoved in your face that you don't own stuff and it feels like your game is incomplete. If you like wrestling, this is the only game that can scratch that itch. Not perfect, but it's the only option and they have no incentive to change it.
