Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 26 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Wrath and Retribution is an intense, high-speed space combat roguelike where every mission forges you into an unstoppable force.
The Remnants have seized the solar system’s transit network in a single coordinated strike - and you are spearheading the counter attack.
You are Specter One, pilot of the Retribution, a one-of-a-kind prototype armed with the experimental Specter Drive and its signature displacement dash that lets you tear through enemy fleets with brutal precision.
Earn powerful weapons and upgrades with every engagement, build devastating synergies with your companion Merlin, and grow more lethal with every run.
Each hub is an active warzone - a mission map packed with hostile formations to engage, shipyards to resupply at, and a transit node known as an Array to liberate at the end. Pick your targets wisely: every mission costs Array stability, and how you plot your path determines how prepared you are when you reach the final showdown.
Missions are immediate and intense. Enemy groups range from light fighter squadrons to capital ships bristling with turrets and escorts. Tear through their ranks with your weapon loadout, the Specter Drive’s displacement dash, and Merlin’s combat abilities - then choose your rewards and plot your next move. The higher the risk, the fiercer the fight and the better the rewards.
High-Speed Space Combat
Master dogfights and overwhelming warship battles with speed, precision, and the Specter Drive’s displacement dash at the heart of every engagement.
Weapons Hot
Every mission drops you straight into the action - intense, focused, and rewarding from the first second to the last.
Forge Your Arsenal
Earn and upgrade your gear after every mission, invest in permanent ship upgrades that expand your options and firepower, and stack combinations until your arsenal becomes something the Remnants weren’t prepared for.
Merlin: More Than a Co-Pilot
Your onboard companion automatically fires abilities in combat - shields, hacks, reactor overloads and more. Upgrade Merlin’s skills to create powerful synergies that change how you fight.
A Solar System at War
Each planet hub is a distinct warzone with its own enemies, loot pools, and escalating challenge - and a powerful Remnant capital ship standing between you and liberation.

Listen, this isn't the game you bring home for her intellect. There's no massive universe, there's no intellectually stimulating deep story, and your friends might think you've dropped your standards a bit but when that music hits and all the guns spin up, you can't but help thinking 'Damn, at least she's hot.'
I already played the demo and had that “one more run” feeling, which just intensified. Weapons feel so much better, enemies are harder, incoming fire is displayed way better, etc. Gameplay paired with music is kind of meditating while also very stressful in some combat situations. A weird mix, but it works well for me. Can absolutely recommend!

Great improvements since the demo. New progress, new locations, more guns. Lots of guns. The alternative gun slot changes your weapon choices massively. Now you can equip weapons against specific targets. Just tested a few options, and 3h gone by. Sign of a fun game.
Really reminds me of Everspace 1 in a good way but it is still unique enough to make it stand out, fun but simple combat, it could use more engaging missions maybe side quests/jobs from stations? 6/10 great game, cool concept execution isn't just there but can't wait to see where the game goes onward. This is a really fun space ship shooter. The space theme is done really well, and the story elements are a nice touch without getting in the way of the action. However, I will say it was a bit challenging for me at first and it took me a few attempts to fully understand what was going on, but once I figured it out, it became really addictive The progression and replayability are great, I’m having a lot of fun with it, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try
I will (try to) not summarize anything that has been said before / elsewhere, just my experience with the game. A good deal of work has gone into onboarding the player (there's tutorials for every relevant part of the game), and that's actually quite helpful. With that out of the way, I began exploring the gameplay, backed by a nicely-balanced blend of graphics, sound and music. If you care about story: There is a well-crafted story behind this, but it feels more optional to the game - at least where I currently am. That is to be expected for the genre, but it really helps me sympathize with it and gives the somewhat free mission choice some glue of coherence. It's been a while since I last played a game as arcady as this one. And although the core game loop is rather simple, there is a good amount of mechanics / complexity that wants to be discovered - immediate replay value! Generally speaking, W&R aces the most difficult discipline quite well: it manages the dance on the thin line between frustration and challenge - with each death (permanent, btw), you'll take a valuable lesson with you. In my case, that meant I wanted to replay to prove I was able to tackle this. Given the fact that I really suck at the game, that is a big thumbs up! All in all this game provides me with a fun experience and a good deal of memories creeping up on me - this is as arcade-like as the good-old ones! I'm seeing forward to stretch out further in the galaxy and see what else is in store. But right now, I have a lot to learn beyond how to take down Hounds (easiest enemy type).
I’ve been following this since the demo and the full release does not disappoint. The space combat feels weighty and satisfying, and the rogue-lite elements keep every run fresh. I love the interaction with Merlin – it makes the universe feel alive. The dev is super responsive and already pushing hotfixes to polish the experience even further. If you want a challenging space shooter with great vibes, get this. It’s worth every cent!
I almost wrote this off early on as being too light, but I’m glad I stuck with it because the complexity scales beautifully with every playthrough.
Just a fun space dogfighting sim. Grab your ship, blast baddies, profit. Nice story elements so you feel progress outside of just getting stronger. It's a nice game if you want to just enjoy some flight mechanics and dogfighting gameplay. Easy to pick up and just play for a few minutes. It's the gameplay that really shines. Try the demo before you buy to see if it's your cup of tea.
Really interesting space ship shooter with roguelike mechanic and it makes really engaging. At first, I got so many deaths but I figure it how to play it correctly in a few run and it makes really more interesting to play this game. This game is really rewarding for roguelike mechanic to able upgrades that can makes the ship more powerful each playthrough. Really recommended it!
