Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
The Old World is rotting. Its Guardians have fallen. The corruption spreads.
You are the Outlander, pulled from the Ageless Sea and bound to a grim purpose by the Shepherd of Wayward Souls. Enter ancient ruins and dead forests. Tear through swarms that hunt in packs. Keep moving, keep firing, keep cutting, or the gloom takes you.
Brutal Edition is WRATH rebuilt and enhanced for VR, driven by a simple philosophy: deliver a more visceral experience. Expect enhanced dynamic movement, over-the-top combat, ramped-up bullet effects, and a helluva lot of blood. This edition also restores and refines the experience with wide-ranging improvements to combat feel, audio, effects, and overall polish. It’s the definitive way to play Wrath and you’re going to make a damn big mess doing it!
WRATH: Aeon of Ruin VR - Brutal Edition is built for speed and pressure. It is circle-strafing panic, close-range brutality, and constant decision-making. Which hand is clearing space? Which hand is landing the shot? When to slide, when to dash, when to throw an artifact and take the opening it creates.
Dual-wielding at the core: Bring two weapons into the fight and run the battlefield your way.
Physical reloads and handling: Reload with a quick flick of the wrist and stay sharp when the pressure spikes.
Two-handed control rewards: Stabilize your weapon for better control, tighter spread, and access to alt-fire where available.
Blade dash, rebuilt for VR: Charge and launch with your blade for fast repositioning and advanced movement.
High-velocity slide: Keep momentum through tight spaces and turn movement into a weapon.
Physical artifacts with unique interactions: Select an artifact and use it like an object, not a button prompt.
Throw, break, deploy: Bring dark tools into the fight and use them under fire.
Non-linear levels stuffed with hidden routes: Explore crypts, sunken ruins, corrupted temples, and cursed wilds.
Old-school structure, modern VR flow: Big spaces, brutal fights, constant tension.
In-Run Difficulty options: Tune damage values on the fly without stripping the world bare.

Divertido, es un doom en vr, es lo que tuvo que haber sido el doom vr cuando lo hizo Bethesda, cumple con lo que muestra el trailer y mucho mas, comprenlo es de lo mejor en vr
The weapon selection in this game feels broken. To change weapons you have to completely stop gameplay and look at a weapon wheel. There are no quick selects behind your shoulders or waist. It completely breaks the flow of the game. Please, you put so much hard work into this game. There has to be a better way.
kinda upset steam vr dosnt have an option for quest 3 controllers in the options, making it hard to configure to this game.....fml
Very Good Game like the good, old DOOM, the VR mechanics are excellent implemented. Ein sehr tolles Spiel. Es erinnert mich stark an das gute, alte DOOM in VR. Die VR Mechaniken sind ausgezeichnet in das Spiel integriert.

Big fan of the original game, dreamed of playing it in VR and we finally got it. This version's pretty interesting, as it seems to be a fixed up and polished version of the Unity release for consoles. That means the physics and enemy AI are fairly different compared to the Darkplaces version - off rip you can't bunny hop anymore, and enemies seem to need to get closer to you to aggro than on the PC version. It's not necessarily worse - just has a different flow to it. All the weapons have seen some balance tweaks, on top of the ability to dual wield pretty much whatever you want at the cost of no altfires while dual wielding. You'll find weaker weapons like the revolver to remain lethal up to the end, and other weapons feel more consistent, like the SSG being able to oneshot weaker enemies more reliably. The ability to execute a blade dash at any time with the grip buttons helps keep the flow of blitzing through problem enemies and repositioning at the same time, and coupled with a slow-mo you get to pull off some pretty badass sequences. Some voiceover was added for the Shephard too, which was an unexpected, but welcome surprise. There's also a guide feature, being a new artifact that briefly shows you the path forward in any particular level. A godsend for some of the more labyrinthine spaces in the game. The tightened up arsenal does a lot for the combat flow, though some new issues that weren't present in the PC version are around - in particular, I noticed flying enemies have a tendency to clip through walls, and enemies seem to be able to attack pretty much frame one of them spawning in, which can lead to some cheap deaths in enclosed areas. Overall, everything that was great about Wrath is just as great here, enhanced by VR letting you get a real sense of scale from the beautiful worlds and environments. Some of the negatives are here, too - while the atmospheric soundtrack is great, it gets a bit samey without any action tracks, save for one later in the game. While I've never had a problem with the level length it is worth mentioning this is a game where you'll have to take breaks halfway through a given map. Overall, if you like shooters, gothic fantasy, and VR, it doesn't get much better than this.
A must have for doom fans! A brutal high octane game that has a hint of doom vibes with a whole arsenal of weapons to wreck havoc! Visually it’s okay with the environments pretty expansive but generically look the same with some are very unique. Like the graveyard. It’s a learning curve having to use the joystick to switch weapons. It also gets in the way as you can easily press down on the joy sticks while running from enemies and you either open up the inventory with the left joystick or activate the slow motion with the right. It also is confusing when there’s doors to unlock but there’s no visual instruction on what to do which is pressing x. This made me think I was missing something and kept restarting till finally I just pressed x on a whim. Calling this experience Vr is very minimal as you don’t grab or interact by hands. Just by buttons. Your hands of course is just for combat. The blade dash is great for its versatile use for both combat and navigating around the huge maps.
