Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 31 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Old‑school WW2 grand strategy with huge hex maps and deep historical systems. Fun if you love turn‑based wargames, but mixed reviews, dated visuals and clunky UI hold it back. Not for casual players.

doesn't really, seem bad for a dollar i guess, but these arent my types of games however i see someone enjoying it if they actually have a clue what they're doing and are interested in the topic
nice game
Pros

No city management, just war troops
Basic diplomacy and major events decisions
Intuitive in terrain advantages/disadvantages
Easy to wage war, if you have more strength, you win the battle
Historically accurate troop skins per country
Simplistic UI, doesn't overwhelm first time RTS players
Mixed

No navy management, just ground troops
Production points are slow, and far too little for most countries
You need to wait out AI's moves, good to see what they do in real time, but boring
Follows history, so you know which country will be at war next
Cons

The AI is magically richer than you
The point above makes Strategic bombers a moot point
The cost of naval assault is prohibitively expensive
Majority of countries have zero production of important action points (Diplomacy, Strategic movements, etc)
If you agree with a country's surrender, unconquered territory can become any other country's territory
If you expand war lines through friendly territory, that territory will belong to the friendly country
The AI forgets to repair their ships, making it easy to obliterate them
Had a bug once where I had to Alt+F4 the game, lost some progress
Descriptive I had to modify the game's files to have a game that wasn't a slog fest. Added near infinite amphibious assault points, because else you need to wait like 50 turns to have enough as Germany to invade the UK successfully. Also, if you're any other non-major country, you get no diplomacy, strategic movement and barely any production points. I understand the last one (Historically accurate), but games should cater for playability instead of hardcore historically accuracy. I edited the values on a new game, and the AI went insane, somehow their production points went to negative values, which means infinite, so France was covered in troops lol. Anyway, the game is intuitive and easy to grasp. I like not having to deal with cities, nor the navy (Which has a really weird UX). I dislike not being able to easily use the navy as troops transport, strategic movements, or YOLO amphibious assaults. If one has ships, one should be able to attempt such moves and not be majorly financially blocked (Seriously, I was Germany owning Poland, Netherlands, Belgium and France, and I still had to wait 10 turns to have enough points to get three units into the UK, and then I found out I needed to wait another 10 rounds to get enough money to support them, by that time, they were dead. Absurd) The AI is richer, but vastly dumber, so you can outdo it easily. Just doesn't work if you want to be any smaller country. In the end, it's a good game, cheap and basic. I'd say do try it if you're a fan of this sort of game. I spent two all-nighters during the week on it, so it's clearly better than sleep!
Très décevant, je regrette mon achat
Many write about poor performance but the game is 2009 what you wanted. Through a lot of problems I was able to run the game and play and naturally I liked the game here without question
