About
She took his phone. He just wants it back. The train has other plans.
This is not a rhythm game about dancing. This is a rhythm game about surviving a relationship.
Hit your inputs: you attack. Miss the window: you bleed.
Arcade rhythm combat. Four buttons. No mercy. Miss enough — everything resets. Every boss. Every car. Back to zero.
No checkpoints. No shortcuts. Just the next attempt.
Her best friend. Her brother. Her exes. Her pet. Her biker gang. Her mother. Her father.
Choose your order. Fight them all. Lose and start over.
Every boss talks. Every conversation chips away at August's very convincing lie that he doesn't care.

A fun short game with really cool art and good music. Very relatable story and premise, I hate when this happens. Overall, my only complaint is that there isn't more because everything so far is great.

Even though this game is short, the developer clearly knew exactly what they wanted to deliver. The unique aesthetic reminds me of Persona. The absurd story, memorable characters, and distinctive art style all come together perfectly. It's satisfying, straightforward, and simply a great game. You have to experience this level of absurdity for yourself!
It's a great game for its price. The game's quite short, I cleared everything in less than an hour, but can't really complain. Art is pretty nice, definitely inspired from Persona. And I loved some of the boss musics. Overall, it's a fun game. Recommended for those who likes these Arrow rhythm games.
in first 25 review btw really good game really good art style in love with it
if Scott Pilgrim was actually Joker from Persona.
It's a game about pressing buttons very fast. You need to input a combination that consists of left, right, up and down arrows (4, 6 or 8 depending on the difficulty) displayed on the screen before the red triangle reaches the blue area at which moment you need to press another button. A lot like in Bust a Groove for the first Playstation. And music is playing as well, different for each boss. But there's no real relation between your pressing of buttons and that music, so I wouldn't call it a "rhythm game". As a game about pressing buttons very fast, it's pretty fun. It has some silly story as well. There are seven bosses with short dialogues before and after each. It takes 5-10 minutes to beat the game once. My biggest problem is the difficulty. The game starts on easy and you can't change it until you finish all bosses. It's mind- and finger-numbingly easy. And that's the first impression. Which is the whole game, because normal and very hard don't have any additional bosses or mechanics. Hard would be somewhat challenging if not for the fact that you have a lot of HP, so making mistakes costs you nothing. And the only really challenging thing in the game is ironically too hard. It's the achievement for finishing the whole game on hard without making even one mistake. I did it, but I can't say it was all that fun. Most of the difficulty comes from arrows being hard to read. Maybe they could have different colours? Also, combinations should be different when playing with a controller. You use the dpad only with your thumb, while keyboard's arrows are typically used with three fingers. This means especially opposite directions like "left, right, left, right" take much more time to press on a gamepad. I feel like I've been saying this a lot in reviews lately, but the game could use some proofreading by a native English speaker. Well, despite all that it's still fun and cheap. This game delivers a surprisingly tight experience, blending short rhythm mechanics with turn-based battles that showed real potential. While the Persona-inspired style is unmistakable, it carves out its own identity rather than feeling like a copy. The only real stumble at first were the reverse arrow inputs, which often threw off. However, with its simple but good story, nice soundtrack, stylish art and engaging gameplay loop, this is was worth the price. Recommended for anyone looking for a quick, challenging and unique rhythm game.
Really fun arrow game with a comedic story. Great art style, music, and sound effects. It's a short and sweet game, but man the reverse arrow bosses are tough.
