This existentially touching game has reworked the way I understand the very nature of reality itself. The immensely impressive level design paired with the beautiful tones of the masterfully conducted soundtrack create an experience that is unlikely to be paralleled in any way, in any future game. Well done!
Who Are You? Positives: + Good idea + Ok story + Exploration + A few "puzzles" + Some of the graphics and sounds are acceptable + The part where you can jump + Feels quite relaxing + Its free Negatives: - Really slow walking speed and no run function - You cant jump everywhere - Bugs and glitches - You can get stuck in places and must start all over - Some bad looking graphics and design - Some parts have no sound at all - No voiceover - A lot of spelling mistakes - Short length (all over in about 30-45 minutes) I can see what the developer was trying to do, and its got a very important theme. Some parts are ok, but they have made a big mistake not including a run function. Some will not finish it because of this. Too bad, because the game is ok for what it is. Total Score: 5/10
Игра "Who Are You?" В целом, игра "Who Are You?"
I almost always give free games a thumbs up, just for being free. For a first offering it was ok, but keep up the good work
The game is a decent concept, but the meaning was kind of lost to me because of the pacing of the game. There were a lot of grammatical mistakes in the dialogue and even though it didn't bother me much, it still was noticeable.
The ending gives you a choice on how to deal with pain, which I thought was pretty interesting, but it mainly falls flat due to how long it actually takes to get to the point.
This is not a terrible game and it is free, but it could be better. I would like to play this in the future if it gets any updates. Honestly just making it so there's an option to run or move faster would be enough.
I have not finished the game as I am stuck in a particular part, and have to keep trying to redo it, and it's frustrating enough that I just needed to take a break rather than getting annoyed and further angry. I am not giving up though. While the graphics are similar to other new 3D games, unlike the others, getting control of the camera isn't as difficult as it's been in the other games. Hence why I am not giving up yet and uninstalling it. If you are used to this type of view style, then it shouldn't be a problem for you. I'm used to more old-style stationary camera style that moves with the character as you move left, right, up, down, etc., and not the user needing to use the mouse to try and control it. Games like this usually tend to aggravate me because of the requirement for precise precision movements which mouse using isn't really built for as it makes free-style camera movement way too sensitive, but again, it's not so bad in this game. This is why I'm suggesting that it's still worth a try if you like mystery games. I am quite curious to reach the end of the game to find out what happened in this world and to the main character.
This game is charming in it's own way Whilst it isn't the best game I've ever played of this format, it has a charm of it's own I agree with the other reviews that it is a very slow walking speed, and the game would be better for sure if the walking speed was a little quicker or there was a "jog" option The story itself was nice, the grammatical and spelling errors reduced the impact of it and it would benefit from somebody going over them that has good written English skills in order to help the story flow better Aside it's minor flaws, it was a lovely little experience
