Frustrating When adding Apple Card’s and then trying to purchase it gives error code 3200 consistently. Which causes a delay in purchasing for up to 72 hours. Prevents you from progressing in events that have extra purchases or hero upgrades. WOS support is no help. Apple has stated it is only with this gave and their servers.

Bait and switch game Advertised one game and that one in the screenshots is not this dướ download. Yet another lame RTS, tap everything to upgrade and wait in digital time or pay money to fast forward fictional time. Waste of time

Bait and switch. False advertisement. Gameplay is nothing like the ads, none even like the screenshots in the App Store.

No customer support Predatory game with terrible rng for rewards and moving goal posts forcing you to spend. Matchmaking is mostly lopsided. Packs are terrible in the beginning so definitely don’t spend till maybe half way through generation 5. But don’t spend unless you like wasting money. The more you spend the higher the lopsided matchmaking puts you against. Either it’s trying to push you to spend or using you to push another state to spend. Rarely is it an even match. Customer service is nonexistent. They use ai and that is where communication stops. Terrible times for main event state vs state for people in America , 8 am Saturday EST plus it’s a 5 hour battle. 5 am for West coast. Game wastes time, most people quit for this reason as you will see it fast and constant. Even whales quit fast.

Pay-to-win, buggy, and not worth your time Save yourself the time and stress. This game is dull unless you're willing to pay to stay relevant, and even then it doesn't last. You're stuck on a treadmill of spending just to keep up, let alone get ahead. On top of that, it glitches constantly. Support is worse than useless: their default assumption is that you're lying, so you're stuck proving your case with screen recordings and evidence just to get a basic issue looked at. Honestly, an AI could do a better job than the people currently answering tickets. It also withdrew money from me without explanation, and getting it resolved was nearly impossible because of that "guilty until proven innocent" support policy. Bottom line: pay-to-win mechanics, frequent bugs, and support that treats you like a suspect instead of a customer. Not worth the download.

Ad/Game Nothing Alike The ad for this game is nothing like the actual game! In my opinion it is false advertising! Why don’t they make the game just like the one in the ad? I would play that!

Careful! As mentioned by others, the game is nothing like the ads. To be successful you need to dedicate your life to it—spend money or if not, all your free time, or both. You’ll find yourself organizing your life around game events. To top it off, it’s nearly impossible to quit. They make you go through several countdowns and warnings before they will delete your account in hopes you’ll give in and come back to sacrifice more of your life. I feel for my friends that are still addicted.
