Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 3 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It has a good initial narrative but then the game gets boring and a little bit confusing
Tags: Topdown - RPGMaker & Party RPG Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: MSpaint custom assets were refreshing. Slow to unfold Longest Journey type dreamworld shift story with lots of dead end mazes and padding. This is a nice showcase for what the RPGMaker can do. The custom assets, the occasional use of animations for makeshift cutscenes. The on-screen user help to show where you can go.There are small stealth sections, puzzle sections, runner sections, but none of them are individually very good on their own and they do not make for a compelling game when put together either. Some of the things the engine do in this game I have not seen other RPGmaker games do so that was somewhat refreshing. The game would be an okay introduction at people who never played an RPGMaker game as it goes indepth into what equipment, skills and other pieces of the engine are and what they do. So much so that you get the impression of being babysat through. Characters were not very nuanced, with the abusive parents being abusive on their face, which, incidientally, happens in real life, but along with the teeny dialogue for the abused protagonist and the weaksauce new age dreamworld dialogue it did not strike me as very captivating. The pacing feels all out of wack with most of what you do being navigating maps looking for the correct hotspots to trigger to unlock progression. As such it is almost more of a Adventure - Topdown & RPGMaker game but given that combat and crafting are an advertised feature it does not quite fit. Still it might as well have been a walking simulator. The combat was not very good, there are multiple classes, with the summoner being the most mechanically interesting however standard attacks usually are sufficient. The crafting system involve dumping things on a list and getting offered a combined item result. It mostly does not work, you never quite know what can be combined with what. After spending over an hour running around in circles and referring back to youtube videos to figure out what I am doing wrong I ended up giving up. I ended up watching the rest of the playthrough at 2x speed on youtube. Storyline mostly has you alternate between dreamworld with combat with little orbs and demons and then on to more standard fantasy style animals and monsters, probably representing mental health, or your struggle to keep your will to live. While the living sequences is just you going through high school and dealing with home life predictably blending the two worlds gradually. The game had an issue fullscreening correctly cropping out a small part of the User Interface and gameplay area at screen edges. This might be happening only at my specific resolution and might not be a problem for others but it did take away from the clean finish that this game otherwise presents with. I would rather play The Longest Journey or a proper SNES era RPG game to have a chance of enjoyment, rather than dealing with this showcase small ambitions piece. I do not think the constant tidal wave of wildlife and fantasy creatures you have to mow down, the evil worms and circus clown are all not all that interesting either. I think they are meant to represent the damaged psyche of the protag as it relates to men due to her father being so aggressive. Makes sense with the party being composed of empowered fay-woman that helps you make your way into the world. What kills the game is that you really do end up feeling like you are wasting your time. Spending way too long to traverse huge areas without a map, getting into the same combat encounters over and over again, only to have ont tiny bit of uninteresting story thrown at you until you have to repeat the process again. The skill tree idea is always good, but the implementation with you having to navigate a little dot around a custom map and interacting with chests to unlock a skill did not feel very ergonomic. The backtracking and confusing layout and often unclear diary objectives do not make matters any better. Removing local content permanently and hiding from library for declutter.

I like jrpgs. Not a fan of most RPGMaker crap. This one has some good scripting, custom sprite-work, and a not bad story. I'd absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a decent old-style rpg.
Whisper of a Rose (Gold) é um Dungeon Crawler criado no RPG Maker XP.
This game represents an absolute first for me: It's the first Steam game, out of my 200+ game library, not to work straight out of the box. Full-screen mode doesn't work for me, the resolution doesn't scale, and I can't find any configuration settings to fix it. I can hit Alt-Enter to make it work in windowed mode, but the window size is too small to be playable or readany text. I can't even play this game. Terrible. 0/10.
This is one of the best RPG's I've played. The story is emotionally powerful, and the characters and settings still seem to live on in my mind afterwards. You really feel like Hellena, Diamond, and Christina are your friends - they all have strong, individual personalities - and it's sad when it's over. In a gloomy world in the near-future, Melrose is a girl who loves to dream, of worlds where flowers are as large as trees. You escape from the world where she is bullied and abused to this beautiful dreamworld. Her history has made her callous and distrusting, but this changes gradually over the course of the adventure. The dream landscapes start from childhood-like and grow more mature/sinister (My favorites are Lekora the Tree Village and Vestryka in the volcano, accompanied by heroic music), and things in the dream world correspond to things in her actual life - Diamond's whole backstory for example. This kind of realworld-fantasy link is to me what underlies the best stories. The real world intrudes and it's pretty ugly. There are some heartbreaking moments that really stick with you. I love the soundtrack. I used it as a soundtrack for running. There was a period in my life where I'd listen to it going running by the river at night.
It´s an RPG Maker game of the good kind. A beautiful fairy Tale like Story, hand drawn assets, beautiful music and lots of game for your money. Expect no less than 30 hours of gameplay. But contains some grinding which technically really isn´t necessary for a good game that´s long already in first place. Still... If you like fairy Taleish RPG games you can pick this one up.
