About
What The Hack! Is a humoristic, story puzzle game, where you, a computer program, tries to avoid getting destroyed by escaping a facility. Doing so by hacking and hijacking devices in your surroundings.
You play as Boolian, a facility worker whose consciousness is unexpectedly zapped into a computer. Before you can even process what’s happened, a security drone begins checking for malware. With no time to waste, you tap into your newfound hacking abilities, taking control of various machines to escape, like a drone, a robot vacuum, or even a towering logistics crane as you maneuver through the facility.
Embark on a thrilling adventure, outsmart the facility's defenses, and uncover creative ways to break free. But be careful—some of the robots you encounter might not be as friendly as they seem!
Make use of the unique hacking mechanic, allowing you to traverse the level in creative ways.

[h1] As AI control vacuum bots, cameras, lifts and drones. Definitely good for your brains (in case if you have plenty). Gameplay is all about possessing and taking control over electronic objects and using it to your advantage. You can't possess humanoid bots, because they're too smart for you :) Short game, can be completed under hour. Levels are somewhat frustrating but unique approach make this game worth checking out. I came for the puzzles, stayed for the pure "what is even happening??" energy. What the Hack is the good kind of madness. :D

If you played Watchdogs, you know what to expect. I'd have appreciated some controller support, though. The game basically requires use of a mouse
Fun and silly little puzzle game, there is some clever solutions to each puzzle that can sometimes be done in different ways which is always nice, the music is cool too Unfortunately I had some crash issues which I suspect was mostly on my side, so I never was able to finish the last part but I think I was basically at the ending with the canon guy anyway, very cool either way, worth checking out!
Really good concept, and very well made. The visuals look great too. You hop around from machine to machine as a virtual electronical AI entity. Sure, most of those machiens are vacuum cleaners, but it's still pretty fun. It is a puzzle game, so you'll have to solve challenges with your powers to progress. Really fun game, it would be nice to see a fully developed game with this concept. (I just suggest that the devs do something about the red cannon laser in the last level, since it kinda hurts the eyes when it crosses your vision so often.)
great game, would be better if there were more levels
Truly showing the power that a small dedicated team can have. Nice graphics with a distinct art style. The gameplay is fluid while also being rewarding. The concept is also good. More people should play this game and this shouldn´t be free. My only problem with the game is that it ended.
Interesting game but quite simple. Pre-story is interesting but the story lacks some communication with the environment.
Overall pretty good game. Great physics. Framerate is a little slow but that's just optimization. Issue with the drone clipping out of bounds though. It happened a lot. Have a way to remap keys cuz I don't like ctrl for down of the drone. Other than that it's a pretty good game.
This game is AWESOME!!! I had so much fun going through the levels. I hope you add more levels in the future.
