Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 26 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Get ready to re-learn how to fight. This game features a physics based combat system with directional attacks. It'll take time to master! Don't worry, gladiators exist to be sacrificed. You control your character fully, at all times, based on complex inputs - you will never sit there while an animation plays.
This game's combat will take practice: at first you will find it hard to even hit anything properly. To win and master combat you will have to slow down and pay attention, pressing random buttons in a panic will only send your gladiator to an even earlier grave. You will learn how to move, how to use momentum to hit HARD, how to hit targeted weak spots and eventually, you will make up your own moves and fight in your own style.
Take control of a gladiator with a single life, that you lead to an inevitable dea- I mean, to victory and glory! Fight from the Pits to the Arena into the Stadium, pleasing larger and larger crowds until you finally become a legend of the Grand Stadium.
There are many roads to becoming champion. Try different approaches and improvise through the randomisation to survive in the long run.

Recomiendo
This game even at launch has been absolutely outstanding. An extremely ambitious and potentially real time combat-genre defining release. I haven't left a review previously because the main thing to look at with this game was the developer's dedication and how it panned out. I took about a year break from paying attention to this title and came back to a plethora of not only much needed minor fixes but new content updates and followed roadmaps, all of which was just as consistent and followed up on as it was when this game came out. This game has the potential to evolve physics based PvP to new heights and the developer has shown commitment to what they have rather than riding the indie snob hype train they've had for years now to the bank without improving the title. Seriously, as someone who got this game at launch, the potential cash out it was even on release... only to not only have bug fixes but full content updates constantly and consistently!! Jordy Lakiere is one of those rare people that restore your faith in humanity at least just a little bit. SUPPORT GOOD DEVELOPERS!! TRY THE GAME OUT!!!

The game has been crashing every time I have tried to play for that last 6 months. I have tried 3 different computers and multiple options.....
i didn't die because I was not careful. i didn't die because enemy was stronger. i didn't die because my gear or training was inferior. I died because my left arm was stuck behind my head for the entire fight!!!!! FFS WHAT IS THIS PHYSICS?!
Fun game.. esp for $15 sale price
This is a great break from my usual pvp and extraction games. Gameplay 10/10; love the unique maps, armor, ragdoll physics, gore, and challenging character victories. I would recommend this game to anyone who just wants to hack and slash as a gladiator. I will recommend using a controller though as the MKB controls are almost unplayable.
I'm having a lot of fun with this game. It's the closest I've been able to find to something like Coloseum: Road to Freedom, which was an amazing ps2 game from my childhood. There are good and bad parts to the game. The bad, being that it's really easy to cheese victories with certain weapons, like the fist weapons and the 1h maces. I played 3 hours, never died once, and I'm now in full exalted armor, I find it kind of underwhelming. I feel like I'm never going to die while playing this game. The good is- it's super fun walking around like Sauron with a 1H mace and destroying everything I see. I do feel like I earned it so, that's cool. I'd like it a lot more if they added a hub world to walk around in, maybe a quarters to upgrade, to make me feel like I'm moving up in gladiatorial ranks or something. Because going from match to match and earning a huge pile of gold just to spend on gear it kind of..bleh. All in all. Great game, just needs something unique to grip people.
combat is very fun in theory, but the moment you pass the "midgame" threshold where you're usually two thirds of the way through your character's goal, the combat kind of turns to mush where you can afford to just swing willy nilly instead of giving a ♥♥♥♥ about the physics also the whole meta progression thing that gets salt&peppered instead of just having runs be isolated from one another pisses me off "+0.5 skill to every future character" no "invest 1000 gold into your next c" no, shut the ♥♥♥♥ up. that sucks. the idea that there's 3 difficulties when you can conceptually just farm on a God Given Flesh on the easiest difficulty, get the optimal heirloom that is allowed to carry over and a 50k gold investment on your next character really took the wind out of my sails when it came to enjoying the game
The game itself and the dedication of it's creator are astounding. I love it.
