About
One of you starts dead. Each game, one player becomes the ghost — able to see the demon, the dangers, and the way out, but unable to be heard by the living. Ghosts can hear the living, and each other (ghosts can hear other players, but cannot be heard by non-ghosts.)
As the ghost, you can see everything — the thing hunting the others, where it's safe, the way out before sunrise. The catch: you can't be heard by the living, you can't touch anything, and your only voice is some flickering lights and a seance board that your friends half-believe is even you.
The Ouija board is one of the only voices of the dead. The ghost moves the planchette to point, answer yes or no, or slowly spell things out — and the living will attempt to question them and read it under pressure.
A different demon every time. Its rules are hidden and change each session. Only the dead find out what they are, when they strike, and where. The ghosts can see the danger before it hits. They must communicate it with the living and help them banish the demon so they can leave the house before sunrise.
Gather the relics, one trip at a time. The ghosts search the house for what the ritual needs, then attempt to communicate it to the living, who will then be carrying each piece back while the ghost steers them around what they can't see and what will kill them. Only the ghost can see what and where the relics are, and only the ghost can see the dangers.
You're a ghost. Do ghost things. The ghosts can flicker lights, open and close doors, go through the living and they'll feel it, and as a last resort: scream, loudly -- and if you're all silent enough, you may just hear it. The seance board is not the only way to communicate, but is the only stable way to get full words across to the living.
Banish the demon by name. Winning means spelling out its true name — readable only to the dead once all the relics are collected, then the living must spell it back — so you can banish the demon and get everyone out before sunrise. For example, you and your friends will be spelling ULALULA on the board like crazy people to win the game (and pray that you read it right from the ghost player in the first place!).
Dying lets you help. Players the demon takes join the dead, adding another voice to the seance, and more help at finding the relics and warning players of the dangers.
Nine floors down. The house is bigger underneath. Banish the demon to unlock the next floor, each further from sunrise than the last, and each one holding something the floor above it didn't. Can you and your friends reach the bottom of the house and beat floor 9?
2-6 players online co-op.
You spell H-E-L-P. They read HELL and cheer. Someone gets dragged into the dark. To survive the night, the living will have to haul the right relics back to the seance board and spell out the demon's true name to banish it — and the dead are the only ones who can read that name.

I played it with my friends and this game is so unique and fun. It's so different from what we usually play as we have to work as a team and the only way to communicate with the alive when your dead is a ouija board. We had to end up creating code words and phrases to get points around quicker since yes it is slow to use the board but thats the whole point. We loved this game.
jeżeli nie masz co najmniej 4 lub 5 przyjacioł którzy maja pieniadze na gre a jak nie masz to se nie pograsz na wyższych poziomach. a najlepiej znac kod morsa bo tablica jest autystyczna
this game is very interesting to say the least, the gameplay is good but at the same time it was pretty bad. if you want to beat this game you need to have a brain and good friends. the last level's design made it hard to navigate the floor. spaghetti!!
I enjoyed this game with my friends. We struggled at first but after an hour we were getting a good handle on it. We talked in between rounds about what we did and where we could change tactics and ever so slowly got a good flow. The part we struggled with the most after that hour was the ritual but im hoping we'll figure it out next time we play. I really enjoyed the process and cant wait to play more.
I like it i hope they add more stuff to it
peak :steamhappy:
We got this game as a friend slop game and played it as a group of 6 for the first time last night and we really enjoyed it. I'm comparing this game to the category of games where you're meant to fail with your friends. Everyone knows that friendship is about failing together.
THE POSITIVES:

The Planchette:
I actually liked the planchette. I had no issues with response, but I liked that there was some difficulty using it. It made the game more chaotic which led to it being funnier. We didn't know how to use the planchette at first, but we eventually figured it out and began creating codewords to talk to each other with better efficiency and we were doing well by round 3. Once we figured out how to communicate better, it started to feel too easy. We would've finished all the levels in the same night, but we started it at midnight thinking we were going to play for an hour, but then it was 2.7 hours later and we got to level 8. We didn't want to stop playing, but it was 3 am. WE DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY BUGS OR ISSUES WITH THE PLANCHETTE, So I can’t speak to that. I am no stranger to playing indie games where I have issues with things, and other people don't. In this game, I did not have any issues for almost 3 hours straight.
Dying Does Not End The Run:
I love that if you fail, you can just start at the stage you left off. We were able to communicate how to do things better and then start at the last level we died in.
Someone Leaving/Crashing Does Not Mean a Restart:
One of us crashed and they were able to rejoin the lobby without needing the host to reset the lobby. We have played a lot of games where if someone crashes, we would need to restart completely.
More Player Slots
We play repo, peak, mecca chameleon, cursed companions etc with about 14 people. These games have mods to allow this to happen, but it’s still a feature that makes those games part of our weekend rotations. The Developer responded pretty quickly and said this game does support up to 16 but the gameplay has not been tested. Time to guinea pig.
THE NEGATIVES:
I have 2.7 hours played straight, and I did not run into anything negative about this game other than
The Replayability:
The difficulty does not seem to scale too much in the deeper levels and there’s no real reward to replaying this game unfortunately. There’s no cosmetics, no tools, or relics, or gameplay variation which is fair for the price point (I paid $4.95). We might play this again just to finish the last two levels, maybe make a drinking game out of it. If I spend about $1- $3 an hour on a game, then it’s money well spent. Like a beer per hour with friends.
THE THINGS I WISH THIS GAME HAD:

Mod Compatibility
Mod compatibility in general would be pretty sick. It would allow people to play the way they want and add to replayability. Maybe if the mods are really good, the developer could implement them into the game as other developers have done.
Cosmetics
Right now, we all like sports ball. Maybe in the future, we can all like jiggle physics?
Variators
Maybe the levels can have bonus relics that can add positives and negatives to the game so that it continues to feel interesting, funny, and challenging. For example, Outlast trials introduces an increasing number of negative variations per level, but allows you to choose positive variators to balance it out. Usually the level gains a number of negative variations, and each individual player chooses their own positive variator to help balance those negatives. Variators like this could add challenges as well as roles for players.
