Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 15 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
It is perhaps a decade into our future... Mankind's future. The economies of the world have imploded. Governments have waged war on both their neighbors and their own citizens. There has been a complete collapse of society, order, infrastructure, and morality. Horrific weapons have scarred the earth and vaporized entire cities. Those who have not yet perished are forced to scavenge and struggle for survival. This is their new reality. Hordes of disfigured creatures hunt for food. Gangs of bandits rob, kill, and loot. You are but a dim flicker of light in a dark and dying world. This is the world of Waste Walkers.

Review in english: A game that offers no mercy to the player, as it should be in the post-apocalyptic genre. The beginning is hard because you start with a lot of disadvantage; low life, low inventory capacity, radioactive risks, dehydration risk, starvation risk, street gang attacks, ghoul attacks, animal attacks, etc. If you are patient and show some will, the game will reward you in the long run, but it is very little by little, thanks to the numerous secondary missions that exist on the chaotic map that we can see in the inventory. The main mission matters little and is a mere excuse that forces us to explore and soak up that cruel and decadent atmosphere so characteristic of these stories. Depending on which characters we meet, we can decide to be ethical or behave like bastard traitors, but it only shows in the rewards, there are no choose-your-own-adventure style narrative branches. For an independent work it is quite good, it has turn-based role-playing combat and elements of survival and resource management. Very classic.

Really solid nuclear post-apocalypse RPG. I had a good time going through the world, scavenging for supplies and fighting. If you enjoy S.T.A.L.K.E.R. or Fallout and are familiar with RPGmaker games, you'll like this game too. I've yet to play through the DLCs yet, but they look promising as well! I'd give this game a 9/10. Definitely among the top-tier RPGmaker games I've gone through. Even though I set my playthrough on hardcore, it felt pretty easy from start to end. It had its moments of difficulty -- like
encountering both gun-type bandits, pyros, and bombers
-- but the biggest spike in difficulty was in the optional arena questline. Still, you have PLENTY of methods to counter enemies and grow really powerful against them. Like Fear & Hunger, knowing your enemies makes fights against them really manageable. Story-wise, it's short but pretty immersive. It may be a bit predictable, but that's nothing against it.
This may be me wishing for a happier end, but it would be cool if you could actually save your family from Snare without them dying. Then, you could have them live back in the eco-center once you finish claiming it as your own colony.
It's to give you a primary goal laid out, alongside the side-quests and other activities. Even once you finish the main story, there's still a lot more you can do in the game -- lots of people still could use your help, after all. The base-building part was a surprise to me! It's nice being able to hire a hazmat crew to treat your lingering radiation! Just wish the travel guide could take you there from the other colonies. That would've made it feel like the eco-center is more involved as a "spot of refuge" for people to seek out. Oh, and major props to Corrosive Studios! They're very active when it comes to support and helping out with people's issues. I got stuck on one of the quests near the end, and they were able to get to my discussion post really quickly! Plus, the Steam guides are helpful to familiarize yourself with the game or get hints on where to go. I'd recommend the game for that fact alone, honestly.

The story isn't deep, but the writing is good. A nice, open world where you can run around and explore, with turn-based combat, and lots of things to think about while playing. I enjoyed my time with it.
It's a great game. Took me a few deaths in the beginning figuring out which "build" (talents etc.) I wanted to lean more to. There will always be room in my heart for these low bit games. I like the speed at which you level and weaponize at. Seems pretty balanced that way for progression. -If this type of game is not your cup of tea, don't play it and thumbz down. The down review is for crap games left to die and or with bad dev's. Regardless of your preferred genre. Thumbz downing a game because your old arze potato can't play when 11k others can is also an idiot reason to so.
- So fun to play, rating 86/100
For what it is, Waste Walkers is a fun game. It's compact, and can be pretty repetitive, and you never need to get more than one companion. Once you have a companion, you'll never feel the need to ever switch them out for another. I wish there was more content. BTW the sleeping bag makes basic medical items (those that don't heal effects) worthless. Get the sleeping bag lmao. Nothing like sleeping with your party six times in a row while bandits walk toward you.
post apoc the rpg maker way. May not look good, and the world may not be that big, but it has its charms. Though you are limited on your character's appearance, you do have stats and perks to choose which effect your game play. Loot, crafting, companions, and quests can also be found. When you are done with the main game there is dlc to be bought.
This was the second title by Corrosive Studios that I played, the first being Lawless Lands. A simple Indie RPG in a post nuclear apocalypse setting. I put in around 12 hours to finish the main quest and side quests. Was worth my $3.
