Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dark Omen is the best PC wargame EVER. I replay it once in every 5-10 years and it only gets better with age. No other game came even close since. Recently bought it on GOG and went for another playthrough, and now I absolutely had to get it on Steam. This will be the third copy I own, including the original 1998 CD. It is THAT GOOD!

This game was my childhood and it's as brutally tough as I remember it to be. It's aged well, offers the player a repeatable tough but fair challenge and has monumentally better voice acting than many modern games too. Follow the community guides to get the graphical upgrades working and you'll really enjoy it!
This game needs to be touched up and remastered.. not just dumped onto steam for $10, as is from its 1998 release.
That was a hazardous consultation of the Libre Mortis my Lord. An ordeal of high and low doom. The moment I approached the book, it bit me most ferociously. I must apologize for the explosion that blew off the door of The Chamber Unbreachable, but the simultaneous emergence of seventeen demons from the book spine, caused the spiritual detonation in the soul stoned air of the room. The whole enterprise was an experience most horrendous. None but I could have endured it. I was almost damned twice. Even now my soul is twisted to a cork screw. I suggest you keep the state of your soul to yourself, and inform us, instead, what you have gleamed from the Grimoire.
Best …
This is my favorite game of all time and now with the added benefits of it working flawlessly on Linux through Steam i am in heaven. Thank you devs! Highly recommend this game.
Одна из любимейших игр детства и: "это классика, это знать надо!".
One of my most beloved childhood games finally available on Steam! Gameplay, story, music, hell yes for the music alone this game must be in the all-time top. But beware, it may be quite hard and unforgiving for the new players, it's just how games were these days. P.S. Smashing hordes of mummies with the tank in the final battle was my top gaming experience overall!
I had a demo for this in 1998 where you have to defend a countess at a church. Loved it then, but never played the full game. Coming back to it almost 30 years later, it holds up great. When the cannon rips through a horde of undead and then rotten gore splashes out and individual zombies go flying, it's just as satisfying as any higher fidelity game I've played. I love the fully voice acted Medieval Zoom meetings, too. This game is so sincere in its presentation. Great voice actors and music. You can tell this was made by a bunch of nerds that wanted to make something cool out of a thing they were passionate about. It's authentic in a way that modern games - even when they're inspired by the old stuff - almost never are. Not a hint of irony or embarrassment about what they were making. Anyway, it's fun to play, and easy to get into. Check it out.
