DO NOT FORGET AFTER PURCHASE TO DO THESE STEPS:
go to "steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 Space Marine\SpaceMarine.exe"
right click to "Properties"
go to Compatibility tab
tick "Run this program as an Administrator"
click "Change high DPI settings"
tick "Override high DPI scaling behavior." and "Scaling performed by: Application."
"Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 7"
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, make sure you cap your framerate to "X" hz (in this case i have it 60 hz or more) through NVIDIA Control Panel to avoid fluctuating and uneven mouse sensitivity.
why do all this? because this game is old, terribly ported and will screw you over and you won't get the most out of it alone. doing these instructions will fix tons of issues regarding inconsistent mouse sensitivity, graphics, shader, and hud & font issues. you can thank me later.
