I love this game. I love that it's free. I love how responsive the developers are to feedback... but I hate that there are so many game-breaking bugs still in the game. I have dealt with a lot of frustration that I simply allowed to exist because the game was free, but today I finally reached a breaking point where I had to write it all out. It sucks that this has to be a negative review for now, but I genuinely hope that the developers see this and focus more attention on these issues. 1. Railjack. I've lost track of the amount of missions I've had to abort after nearly finishing the whole thing, only for the last crewship to despawn, rendering the mission impossible to complete. 2. Duviri. Randomly forced to abort the mission due to a bugged side objective locking progression. 3. Technocyte Coda. Newly encountered bug where I cannot execute it after completing the entire concert mission. I just stand there with my parazon out with no prompt to execute. Two core game modes and a major boss farm are made unplayable due to these game-breaking bugs. I am struggling to understand how they have not been fixed yet. I know there are plenty more bugs out there, but these are just what I have personally experienced, and what I consider to be the worst. Despite this being one of my favorite games currently, I have been so frustrated by all the game-breaking bugs lately that I simply cannot recommend it until these major bugs are addressed. (P.S. I disabled the tenno guide in settings, only to still be reminded of "new" quests in my codex every minute while in my orbiter / player hubs. This is very annoying. Can this setting apply to quest reminders too, or can we get a new setting that disables this incredibly annoying and intrusive reminder?) (P.S.S. The 200 plat name change cost is way too steep. Especially since there is no function that lets you check name availablity. You pick one, and if it's available, you are immediately charged the 200p. If anything, the cost should be 15p, same as for a companion, then limit it to one change every 90 days, or even a year).
Pretty fun, lots of content to go through, lots of playstyles to enjoy. Everything can be earned for free (aside from some cosmetics, of course.) All around enjoyable. Just make sure not to burn out.
Would be a good game if the entire difficulty wasn't tied to spending money, unironically. At a certain point in the game, you will be completely blocked from progressing further until you spend hundreds of real money to buy upgrades for your character/weapons, and i wish i was kidding. There's literally Free-to-Play filter Bosses (like the Fragmented Suzerain) who are put into main quests specifically to filter out F2P players, since they are genuinely unbeatable unless you have spent money into the game to optimize yourself, which is impossible to do if you don't pay since the farming zones for the high-end gear you need are locked into the end game.. or behind other filters for F2P players.. hence being a vicious cycle that requires you to spend money to progress into the game And i'm not even mentionning scummy practices like how loot drops are affected by your inventory, intentionally making loot rates lower for items you need to craft stuff, or how some ressources are literally made to disappear from your inventory after a certain short amount of time like 24 hours for Argon Crystals LOL Genuinely one of the worst cash grabbing games ever made, it becomes PAY TO PLAY after a couple of hours, factually.
Общая оценка: 5/10 В целом игра неплохая, но меня она почему-то не затянула. Думала, что когда-нибудь к ней вернусь, но прошло уже около восьми лет, а руки так и не дошли)
No entiendo nada, pero buen juego
Пропаганда...

This game is a waste of time, and I don't mean that in the sense that you'll be wasting a lot of time grinding for items or waiting for parts to be built, that part is fine, I accept it and enjoy the grind. The issue is the game is designed in such a way that, depending on what you're doing, your time will be wasted on the following: - Loading screens, waiting screens, confirmations, finding what you need in the UI - Downtime, empty level traversal, dialogue or cinematics that you can't skip, in game story/dialogue that will pause the mission progress from continuing until it plays out - Engaging with half baked boring mechanics that are less fun than the very good Frame combat and missions (Drifter, Operator, Archwing) - Boring story missions filled with empty space or waiting while offering 0 unique challenge or rewards apart from the rewards you get for finishing the questlines > In general story missions have 0 respect for you as a human being and are just designed to dog walk you around from point to point while trying to force feed the story to you - The RNG of reputation bounty mission that can either have you load in and do one of the basic mission types the game offers which work well, or go play where's Waldo with caches - Heaps of invincibility/weak spot/time wasting bosses that will expose themselves for a couple of seconds and then play out 30 seconds of nothing before you get another shot at their ambiguous hitbox - Bugs that make you restart the level/mission, or the common bug that points in you in the wrong direction for extraction/interactables The core of the game is fun and addicting and keeps you wanting to come back even after wasting hours of your time on joyless garbage, but as you keep playing joyless garbage takes over.
