What a PURE GEM this game has turned out to be. I'm not the racing type but the PHYSICS here are fantastic and got me hooked. Sure, it's not easy and you need to experiment a lot, but it is soooo satisfying! This is what SW podracing could/should have been! Can't wait to try this with my upcoming YAW VR 2 - will be the best use for motion sim for sure. Please Ryan (the sole Dev behind this, amazing), give us more!!!
Very intriguing and full of potential Sadly it doesn't supports the Valve Index to a playable extent yet (even in the beta branch) Will absolutely give it another try when it does

I'm going crazy with this game. I grew up (5 years old) playing an old DOS game called "Street Rod", a 60s themed game where you'd buy a classic/muscle car from the era and tweak with its parts until you could beat The King of your town before the end of summer break. While the themes are unrelated and that game was quite basic, that experience sparked in me this beautiful sense of engineering a vehicle from the ground up and being fully responsible of its performance, to the point you'd pride in having built the perfect racing machine. Add sci-fi, add (optional) VR, add a career mode with tournaments and leagues, add multiplayer, add functional, modern graphics that can run on a toaster, add comprehensive but easy to learn customizations, add *spot on* physics, and add Linux support, and I'm totally in love with it. There simply is no other thing out there like this My only regret is to see the popularity of this did not transcend as I think it should have. I'm totally recommending this to all my friends and see if I can race them with my absolute pride of a skimmer.
Needs valve index support....
What a pointless piece of ♥♥♥♥. Looks like it could be a good game, saw all the promise and then the devs completely let themselves down with an unfathomable editor for their ships (ps: the whole game is about editing your ship not as much about racing) Another few hours coding and it might be nice but . . . . . instant refund idiots.

Pretty fun game but controls are difficult to master.
I got all my friends to buy this game and we've barely played it lol. It lacks a lot of basic things that should be there and is super stingy with garage slots considering how finicky the vehicle design is. A lot of issues could be forgiven with more garage space but the dev must be a real miser. It doesn't give you a lot of freedom to experiment without forever losing your design and understanding why it was working. Has a ton of other issues I won't get into but it had potential to be a great game but stops at being a barely passable one.
Adds an extra dimension to the driving genre. Rough around the edges though. The dev does add/fix stuff requested by the people.
It's not super pretty to look at and the menus could use a lot of work, but the core if this is a hell of a lot of fun in VR. I really hope this gets the updates it deserves!
