About
You Are The Leader
Step into the boots of Captain Patrick "Archangel" Stone, recruited by the OSS in 1944 to lead dangerous operations across Europe and the Pacific during World War II. Wield a powerful arsenal in order to complete objectives and obliterate enemy forces. Command your troops to take out enemy positions or follow you bravely into battle.
Wield A Powerful Arsenal Against The Enemy
Equip over 10+ authentic weapons from WWII including the Thompson, Garand, Springfield, and more. In addition to powerful infantry weapons, use grenades to clear out clusters of entrenched enemies, and wire up TNT explosives to blow key objectives sky high.
Single Player Campaign Across World War II Theaters
The best of the best are routinely called to the most important battlefields, no matter the cost of transporting them there. Lead your troops through important historical missions such as Omaha Beach, Saipan, The Bulge and many more.
Expansive Infantry and Vehicle Gameplay
Charge into battle on foot, or take control of your M4 Sherman tank when extra firepower is needed. When boots on the ground aren't enough, hop into the pilot seat of your P51 Mustang. You will be required to ace enemy pilots and sink enemy warships as well.

The Dev kindly provided me a copy of the game through my Curator page Can It Be Played Offline? First things first, Yes! This game does play offline! Since they provided me a copy, I played through it and 100% completed it. Here is some notes! Pros: - It's simple, but has that arcade feeling that's a blast and entertaining the whole playthrough. - Strikes up just enough challenge with the combat. - Ragdolls have fantastic corpse launches that always makes me wheeze. - Easy achievements. Cons: - Some weapons are redundant, or just are not good. Melee gets you hurt/killed more than gets you the kills. Flamethrower has such poor range you have zero need to use it, and it just eats through the ammo way too fast. The shotgun sucks! You will use long range weapons basically the whole game, or basically the sniper rifle only. - AI is dumb, easy to exploit. - Allies are just temporary meat shields, get in the way. I always told them to stay at the mission start and just went on my own. - If only medics actually did what medics are supposed to do, heal people. - You start every mission with every weapon. You don't pick up weapons throughout the game. - Every mission is basically the same objectives, just different locations. - There is no checkpoints. If you die you have to restart the whole level again. - You can very easily miss a mission objective if you aren't careful. There is no HUD guides to point out objectives, unless it's killing all enemies, then when there is only 3 left they put red arrows above the 3 you are missing. - Lacks a proper Options menu. You have to get into game and go to the pause menu to get settings, even then it's very basic that doesn't offer much. No option to rebind keys. - Plane controls were wonky with kb&m, but it is playable. - Do you like war crimes? I really don't see why the ability for enemies to surrender is here other than make it easier to kill them. - Finding all the collectibles does nothing other than an achievement. Some of them were stupid hard to find. Getting them all on the last level also sucked. Now, there is people asking if this is a rip-off of Brass Brigade but they are two entirely different games. Brass Brigade is a Battlefield clone, Valor 1944 is more something like Medal of Honor, or more like old school FPS games, which is what I enjoyed! Yes I did say a lot of negative things, but I still had a lot of fun and enjoyed most of my time playing it! For 3-4 hours, it's the perfect kind of game to finish in a night, and have a blast sending the enemies flying into the stratosphere! The game is a easy recommend!

I assume this is a solo dev. If he reworks the game maybe it could be worth $5-$10, but currently it's about a $3 game. Buy if you want to support him. For the dev to consider: Clunky controls, meshes aren't aligned, need more options (post processing, toggle run, key binding, FOV, shoulder swap), could use a short tutorial, combat doesn't carry much weight, could probably benefit from a cover system, different reticles... really any sort of feedback aside from recoil. This is just me, but I don't like Synty terrain, especially using non-synty characters. The terrain is too barren and undetailed, clashes with textured characters. Maybe consider sticking to one asset producer with either different shaders or screen space cavity curvature with Synty. I liked how the enemies surrendered though, but not that I had to commit war crimes to complete the objective. Good luck.
This is a fun little game. Yes it could be better, Yes it could be worse. For 8 bucks it was fun.
For the price its good, challenging missions and a good shooter game to pass the time.
fun play its kinda hard but good
This is a fun and challenging game, especially for new gamers! I am enjoying the strategy, story line, and attention to authenticity.
I honestly had a blast playing this game. It reminds me of the first Medal of Honor. It doesn't try to be something it's not, and I actually appreciate that. It's just a fun game where you jump into different battles, shoot some bad guys, and enjoy the ride. Valor 1944 reminds me of the era when games were about having fun. You can tell it was made by a smaller team, but there's a lot of passion behind it. I found myself smiling more than once because it brought back that classic feeling that's hard to find in newer games. For the price, I think it's absolutely worth it. If you're looking for a fun WWII shooter without spending a ton of money, give it a shot. Pros: Fun old-school WWII campaign Nice variety of missions and vehicles Great value for the price Clearly made with passion Expandable Cons: Rough animations and controls Some polish issues Graphics won't impress everyone and its not meant to Looking forward to seeing where this game goes from here!
Fun time, I wouldn't complain if there was at least an option to auto reload when you run out of ammo
A simple low-poly ww2 game with simple mechanics and action. Shows some promising potential. Camera and AI could use some work, otherwise it is a nice and reasonably priced game. I hope this dev keeps up the good work.
Fun game that provides depth of play and challenge. GREAT bargain at the price point. Lots of detail and opportunity for a variety of experiences. Voice acting is extremely impressive, and superior to AAA games. Definitely recommend this game!
