Usagi Sekai - Bunny Shaman

It's a good game. The only complain I have is that the cards descriptions are very small.

Super cute game with a nice art style, lovely Japanese inspiration, and well balanced card game mechanics. Definitely recommend picking this up ^^

I found Usagi Sekai to be very atmospheric, I really enjoyed the aspects of Japanese culture sprinkled throughout the village.

A beautiful, intuitive and addictive card battling game!

An artistic little card battler with some exploration and health management! With the graphics being in a style reminiscent of Japanese ink wash paintings they are thematically matched to the story as well as pretty to behold. The card designs too are simple yet pretty with plenty of cultural imagery and reference. There is not much music to speak of, only an overworld and a battle theme, but both of those tracks work nicely to set the atmosphere. Gameplay consists of exploration and most importantly fights. Exploration is required for clearing the path to the final boss, but also yields some additional rewards. There are two stages to fights, the card battles of course and restoring your health again after finishing a fight with the limited healing items littered across the map. Both of these stages require some management making the game decently challenging. The story is mostly kept to an intro scene, some dialogue sentences from wandering ghosts and an outro scene after the final battle. It has some cute artwork, but not that much substance. This is a nice short game with good gameplay and pretty graphics for the price of free. Complete with cute bunnies I can very well recommend playing through it in one evening.

Seems like a nice game, but with a few issues and flaws that stop me from recommending it. First, and probably the biggest issue, is incomplete translations. I have played for 22 minutes, and have found four placed where there is no English translation next to the text. The combat doesn't always explain things as well as it should. For example, there are combat status markers to your left, but scrolling over them doesn't tell you what they are, which is irritating. I also feel like there are times when my cards don't do what I think they will do. This usually happens with cards that say they will do damage the next turn, then next turn comes and no damage happens. Shame, because the look is nice (though lacking any real animation, just looks like cut outs gliding over the background), but the game play is very basic, and the card game even more so. As is, cannot give a positive review, but fingers crossed for perhaps some updates that might change this.

Минусы: Краткость — игра может быть пройдена за несколько часов; Однотипные задачи — некоторые миссии повторяются; Ограниченное взаимодействие — мало возможностей для развития персонажа. Итог: понравится любителям казуальных игр и мимимишных проектов. Очаровательный дизайн и простой геймплей делают игру приятной для расслабленного времяпрепровождения, несмотря на краткость и ограниченное разнообразие.
