Unusual Tales: Deep Below

I had the pleasure to stream this game on my twitch channel! As a part time horror streamer myself I had a lot of fun with this short game, picking out the styles seen by other games, recognizing the VA's as well as all the cute & silly references sprinkled around the map the whole game. The game had a perfect split between short story, puzzle & goofiness. I often found myself enjoying the over acted dialog & silly animations that came through out the story. As the game literally states, it's about an hour playtime & jumpie scares scattered through out the game itself! THIS GAME IS OPTIMIZED!! I HAD LITERALLY ZERO ISSUES RUNNING THIS ON MY STREAM AT ALL, it's insane how many games, as simple as they can be, literally make my OBS start sweating. This game was a refresher for that. If you want a silly short lil spooky game to play on your stream, then you'll enjoy what comes from Deep Below :)

Jall did an amazing job on this first game. they should add more interaction! like the hamburger in the microwave, could've been like hl1 and exploded in there after you press e on it enough times. overall, VERY good game!

The definition of short, but sweet. The game has some excellent attention to detail in places where I tried to go back or try something unexpected. The humour is excellent, the pacing is great. There's some excellent points to catch you off guard, both in terms of humour and scares. There's great atmospheric building at different segments in the game and I look forward to what Jall cooks up next.
