For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Unrailed 2 has the same basic gameplay as Unrailed: you and your crew hurry to gather resources to build a train track and get to a station before you reach the end of the line and crash. You have to deal with obstacles in the environment and upgrade your train at stations you find along the way. However, almost every system in the game has been expanded. There are more biomes, more train cars, more challenges, and more ways to upgrade. You can customize your cars by leveling them and by giving them extra add-ons, and you can upgrade your character with special active and passive abilities. Each station gives you the ability to buy or customize different parts of your train, and you have some choice over the difficulty in each level. Each biome also ends with a boss fight, which adds a unique challenge and grants special rewards. Coming from the first game, I was very overwhelmed the first time I tried this one. There are a lot of different systems to learn and some abilities got reworked. Even with the tutorial, it was a lot to get used to. However, now that I've gotten used to the game, I think I like it even more than the first one. The hectic, co-op gameplay has the same energy, but the challenges are more dynamic. I love all the new biomes, even though some of them are very challenging, and the boss fights are fun and make finishing a biome more exciting. The different upgrades for your train are a lot of fun as well, and I've had a lot of fun experimenting with how to combine upgrades to give your train special abilities. I would sum up Unrailed 2 as "basically the same but better." Building the track, progressing through the levels, and strategizing with your friends feels the same, but with a lot more variety and challenge. If you loved the first game, you'll love the second just as much, and if you got tired of the first one, the sequel may hold your attention a little longer. 10/10
I've been in love with trains since my childhood, so this game (and its first part) was a must have. I tried to recommend it to my wife, but she didn't want to hear about it. Then we started playing it. Now, both the first part and this second part are our favourite games. Thanks, Indoor Astronaut.
It's genuinely upsetting and abhorrent how disgustingly awful this game runs in every single conceivable aspect. There is no genuine part of this game that even runs with a sense of competency an I'm genuinely apalled and disappointed as a fan of the first game. This game runs like an early early access just launched game, not a full release. This is despicable and disgraceful and I'm genuinely ashamed to be a fan of this franchise. I hope nothing more than to see this game genuinely work one day. My list of problems: - Game saying version does not match even though we all just installed the game. - Game lagging at any graphics setting medium or above, despite hefty graphics cards. - Game crashing constantly even in the menu for no reason. - Game crashing when you change graphics settings. - Constant uncontrollably lagging with multiplayer. - For some reason on controller, my dash button B is also joining a 4th character that's bound to my controller and just copies my movements. Absolutely no reason for it to do this. Also, B is not the join button. - I turned off Steam input for controllers and now my A button is joining another player directly connected to the controller I'm USING. I CAN'T EVEN PICK ANYTHING UP WITHOUT IT SPAWNING ANOTHER DUPLICATE CHARACTER. - Capped lobby to prevent a new character from spawning, so instead of having two characters that copied each other, it deleted my main character and spawned a new default character in the middle of my game. So annoying. I'm truly disappointed and ashamed on you, Indoor Astronaut. I was a huge fan of the first game. This feels like a cash grab that they barely updated from the original game while making almost every single QoL aspect worse. Do better. This is unfortunately gaming in 2026. I expect better but of course I am disappointed. I just made it to the final 5 key level. Wow. The devs really took their old game, didn't bother to play this one, and said "here, damn." I'm so disappointed.
ive spent an ungodly amount of time with the first game and this improves on that in almost every way
When I first played unrailed 2, I disliked it greatly. But then, I saw reason, and started loving it dearly. Incredibly fun game, but make sure you have at least one, preferably two or three friends to play with. I had the most fun trying to go as far as possible, getting a respectable first place if you ignore the three groups above us. In our defence, they are playing the game in an incorrect and unfun way, and are NOT pure of heart. The new gamemodes are fun, and making your own levels is cool too. The hexnuts dont really add much for me. At the start you don't have enough of them to buy a cool outfit and all the unlockable gameplay elements (not many of them, dont worry), but after a few runs you have more than you could ever spend. In conclusion: get some friends, then play unrailed 2: back on track!
I've played this game on a free weekend in 2025 and on a free weekend in 2026. I did buy and complete the first game though I didn't grind it much because I didn't like how little replayability it had. As for Unrailed 2, the first time, we lost in the penultimate biome and didn't get to play again. This year, we've finished the endless mode within like 6 to 6.99 hours. Unrailed 2 is so much better than Unrailed 1, they've added characters perks, new wagons and additional upgrades to wagons besides increasing their level. All that considered, after finishing the game 2/3 of my friends with whom I played said they would not want to replay it again (even for the mysterious portal door which we haven't explored yet) and cited that they've seen most of the things this game has to offer and the gameplay is quite tedious. Not in the sense of a bad gameplay loop in general, but it's that the beginning of the endless gamemode is very slow and uneventful. And if you choose to skip it you don't get many bolts for upgrades and purchases. Or that when choosing the difficulty, easy and medium can be very boring because of how little happens, whilst the hard difficulty makes you sweat and tryhard. Like, this game has a switch of either intense gameplay or dilly dallying and doesn't offer much of in between. It's the first games which I kind of just.. completed? On a free weekend? It's hard for me to just say "add more stuff for replayability" because there are different biomes and paths but the end goal makes it hard to justify replaying the game for me. I guess I might be not a fan of such gameplay, yeah there are cartridges and meta progression which should make it interesting for me because I like rogue-likes but there's just something lacking and I can't quite put my finger on what besides the negative aspects I described above. Waiting for the next year's train fest to 100% the game /j
the game is very fun, i think they really improved on the first version. The bots are a really great addition, i think i would not enjoy it as much if i did not have the bots. I play with 1 friend and we both use a bot. The bots are mostly really smart, for example if you have the throw buff, they will throw the recourses into the cart. only complaint is that they sometimes go to narnia to get recourses when they could just grab whats near. but besides that everything is really well made. i thought the bosses would be a gimmick, and honestly the first one was meh. but the later bosses become really fun. I play on keyboard and its still really good, no controller needed
