About
Under His Eyes is a gritty, story-driven strategy game where you play a crime boss. Make game-changing decisions, manage your crew and income, send operatives on missions, seize districts, and eliminate rivals. Will you rise through subtlety, rule with fear, or fall to a small-time gang?
Navigate a web of fragile alliances through dialogue-heavy encounters where every choice carries permanent consequences. Intimidate rivals into submission, bribe officials, or turn enemy lieutenants against their bosses. One wrong word can trigger a gang war.
A boss is nothing without territory. Expand your grip on the city by seizing districts and securing vital resources. Launder your illicit cash by buying up legitimate businesses, establishing new revenue streams, and fortifying your borders against rival families who want what you have.
Loyalty is bought and paid for. Balance risk and reward as you assign operatives to tailored missions. Send your best enforcers to collect protection money, or deploy silent operators to sabotage the competition. If you don't keep your crew paid and happy, expect a knife in your back.

Reviews
Hi guys, I was really feeling like I should leave without a review, but I decided that some things need to be said. First of all, I really loved this game before trying it out, after seeing the old trailer. Steam is full of games, but finding new mafia/gang/cartel games is impossible as almost nobody makes them. Well, you can find some older ones, but turn-based or with other annoying mechanics. For years I am searching for a management game, where you are the boss of a gang and give orders to your gang, but nothing good came out yet. Not long ago I found this game, saw the old trailer, the one you can see at the very end of all the screenshots. It was not exactly what I was waiting for, but had many cool things and really caught my attention. When I had nothing to play, I decided to try the demo for this game. It was really buggy, so I've told the dev about it and quickly got a response. The dev fixed these issues in a matter of 1 day. After seeing that he cares, I decided to look for more bugs to help him. I found some and invited him on steam. We spoke and the dev was a really nice guy. He gave me a free copy of the game and I was searching for more bugs in the full version, before it was released. But after I finished the game I was a little bit shocked. I thought that I did something wrong, because how did I finish the game after 7 days and not like the trailer showed 20+ days? Also what about the things I saw in the old trailer? Why was all of that missing? I sent a private message to the dev, since I had him on my friendlist. I described all the new bugs I found and asked about the missing things and length of the game. What did I get as a reply? Nothing. The dev never answered me or thanked for the new bugs I reported. Now... I don't blame him, maybe he was busy, but what hurts me is that everything I loved about the old trailer was missing in the actual game. Now why did I decide to write this review? I decided to do it, because I want all of the other developers or future developers who are into this kind of games, to not change their minds after seeing many negative reviews here. The mafia/gang/cartel management game is an AMAZING idea and should be used more often in games, so if you are planning on starting or already are working on a project like this, PLEASE polish it and give it to us. Now let this game and reviews be a warning for the others, to never show us things in trailers that you never plan on adding into your game. Amazing idea with no depth and i mean no depth Took me 23 mins to complete. Wasent required to do anything the game advertised . i was never attacked by a rival faction.i won the game purely by fluke first run. The running around the world part is totally unnecassary and dosent do anything to the story or gamplay. Money is essentially useless as you start with enough to already beat the game This is a 1.99 game at best
This game is a fake, there is really no content
Game has brilliant idea and It reminds me of old mafia type game. i just cant recommend this game in this state at the moment. These are the things i encountered, the key bindings does not match what i was inputting in my keyboard and was also very buggy and not responsive. i wish the devs the look on the future and i hope what i said they could possibly look into
the game is too short, no real story its all bugged and glitched, on top of all that i finished the game in 1h, i do not recommend this game and it does live up to expectation
LOOK YOU DONT DESERVE A NEGATIVE, but you need to get your butt back on this and add things you showed. I know its not easy, and you probably felt like you need it a quick buck or two, but you showed a lot and gave a little. This would of made a great DEMO with COMING SOON. Im still gonna give you benefit of doubt and hope you do something with this. Good luck, keep my money.
It’s worth paying those 30 zł, playing the game, thinking it through, and writing a review for the dev team so they know where they stand. Worst case, you refund those thirty bucks and buy the improved version later — some games just like to be forgotten :) Here’s my review: The game looks quite promising, but I would treat the current version more as a DEMO. Right now you can freely move around “your neighborhood,” talk to dealers, shoot, extort protection money, and run drug production. These are solid foundations for a mafia‑themed game, but the potential is much bigger. I’m hoping future updates will bring a lot more — for example gun smuggling, kidnappings, more complex mafia operations, or additional illegal businesses that would make the gameplay more varied. Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing a brothel, strip clubs, and of course activities involving girls — mafia is mafia… Buying fancy cars or houses would also be pretty cool. It’s worth mentioning that at the moment the game is unfortunately quite short — finishing it takes around 1–2 hours. Still, I hope the developers will continue expanding it. I’m really counting on a sandbox mode, a more developed storyline, and more activities so there’s room for scheming and outsmarting your rivals. It would be a shame if HAS Games wasted the chance to create an amazing mafia game. For now, the game runs very smoothly, with no FPS drops — hopefully it stays that way ;) Almost forgot… if there’s no update within the next few days that extends and improves the game, I’ll refund it with a clear conscience and say it’s a 5‑zł game… or simply a crap.
The concept is great. I know it is still being developed because out of the office it needs alot of improvements. The first building i walked up to, i got stuck and couldn't move around so I had to reload the out of the office stage. I hope it gets better. In it's current state, I'd say to wait. But I will be back to update my review once improvements are added.
it maks fun but only for 30min not longer u have 7 days and when u make all right than u have won and end
Ce jeu est tout cassé!!!
