Uncle Kenny The Game

1. The Industrial Revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race. They have greatly increased the life-expectancy of those of us who live in “advanced” countries, but they have destabilized society, have made life unfulfilling, have subjected human beings to indignities, have led to widespread psychological suffering (in the Third World to physical suffering as well) and have inflicted severe damage on the natural world. The continued development of technology will worsen the situation. It will certainly subject human beings to greater indignities and inflict greater damage on the natural world, it will probably lead to greater social disruption and psychological suffering, and it may lead to increased physical suffering even in “advanced” countries.

This is a fast paced, exciting 2D shooter with a fascinating story. The movement feels very smooth, especially when grappling. Excited for the next act!

This game turns boys into men. Before I played this game I was a nerd with no friends and parents that saw me as nothing more than a thing that turns oxygen into CO2. I woke up one morning to the voices telling me to buy this game. After slamming down my 37th can of white monster in 5 minutes and crawled out of the abyss known as my bed. I stumbled over the half drunk bottles of water and piles of god knows what and bought this game. Ever since my life has changed. I moment I clicked download Uncle Kenny himself appeared in my room, made all the trash disappear from my room, kissed me on the cheek and disappeared. Suddenly I felt my entire existence flip on its head. I walked out of my room into the sun for the first time in ages to hear my parents cheering for me. Their delighted faces saying "you're in a coma wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up, w a k e u p..." Anyways pretty good game. Soundtrack slaps with platforming gameplay that is more then just hold right and win. Nice and simple game that I recommended to those that want a fun hour or so.

Der Soundtrack ist ein absoluter banger und erinnert stellenweise an die Tracks von C418 aus Minecraft. Das Gameplay hatte mich anch einer halben Stunde jetzt nicht so ganz überzeugt, Untertitel wären nett gewesen und alles in allem war das Spiel in der ersten halben Stunde jetzt eher so okayish. es gab allerdings eine Stelle nach ca. 20 Minuten die einen Immersionbreak bzw. die 4. Wand durchbrechen und daher war tatsächlich mein Interesse geweckt, wass den diese "Anomalie" denn sein könnte. Allerdings hatte mich das Spielprinzip bisher so wenig überzeugt, dass es für mich komplett fein war, dass im Chatvoting eine 50:50 entscheidung zum nächsten titel geführt hat. Vielleicht schauen wir uns Uncle Kenny nochmal an, aber ich nur so viel mitgeben: Immersionbreak früher, Waffen upgrades interessanter, und insgesamt alles vielleicht etwas knackiger und abwechslungsreicher. yeah i remember the xbla

A classic 2D platformer, shoot em up game! The grapplehook levels were so relaxing paired with the soundtrack. Plus that gondola lift level was a challenge, but felt well worth it after completing it! Excited for Act 2!
