I really really loved playing through this. Really fun rhythm game, really good music, and the story really surprised me.
best rhythm game
Really good story. I do not cry easily and this one had me bawling for a solid 30 mins. Would highly recommend to anyone
Rhythm Game. Reminds me of the Angels of Delusion. A lot of Pride Allegory. This pleases me so. I am Raging Pansexual Belle.
This is my new favorite game
This game is great! So much style and character! This game oozes with passion and love for art, music, and expression. D-Cell did amazing work with the writing and music. I ended up buying all their music on bandcamp as well since these songs are so addictive. The only complaint I have is that sometimes it's hard to figure out what the next thing to interact with or the direction you need to go to is during some story parts. This game is awesome and you should play it even if you're not great at rhythm games (I certainly am not); even just to experience the story and music D-cell crafted.

When I was playing through the story, I got lost around chapter 2, chapter 4 had a section with jank. There were parts where I was getting mad at the game, wishing to just skip the parts where I was walking through the world. Then there would be a small conversation with a random person at a shop, some kids playing at a batting cage, the actual main story, and I'd be hooked. And then after that one part of chapter 4, that one last frustration, I saw the best story I have seen in any game, the best characters, and amazing tail with a message I will never forget. It's been awhile and the bugs are fixed, the game still having jank but overall being much better to play through. It's a must play, a fun game that is easy to learn and hard to master with a great story. Even the calibration screen is fun, and... Okay stop reading here and play the game, please, spoilers for the calibration screen. When the game asked me what I thought of rhythm games I said I was bad at them but loved them. Later in that same part the game told be that it takes a lot to love something that you struggle with and to hold onto that, and it has stuck with me. I am ♥♥♥♥ at writing. I am great at telling stories but putting it on page? Screw that. And yet I have been learning and trying. I keep going despite everything. When I look at this game, I see that phrase. It's messy, flaws clear as day, and yet it's so good, so much wonderful stuff for people to find. As I am playing songs at expert and unbeatable and failing over and over I keep thinking back to that. It takes a lot to keep playing this, and the fact I keep going shows the kind of person I am. That is obsessive for better and worse. You may have read this and though "the game didn't tell me this." Yee, exactly. But the game told you something else, thing about that and hold onto it. What does that mean to you? How does it connect with your journey through the game? This game reaches out to you the player and has a conversation in a way I don't often see. You NEED to play this game.
