https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1onvGRqZR0
Its design seems anarchic at first, but there is a method to this madness: its levels are frequently full of unnecessary elements that make the player constantly reevaluate what is being asked by the game, and sometimes the solution is very simple but the player is obsessed in using everything at their disposal instead of asking themselves the right questions. This game is intentionally subversive in its puzzle design and it is then, at that moment of realization, when the whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aesthetic makes sense holistically. I really like UltraNothing.

I appreciate you giving me Nothing. Thank you for making this game.
This game rules. I know it looks like homework, but it's incredibly good.

if you play a few levels and you're like okay this is pretty straightforward, well, that's nothing if you get deep in it and tear your hair out looking for the jank a level needs? that's ULTRA NOTHING.
ULTRA NOTHING: And so the long dog head of the world said; "dude, take a break. have some pudding." So... here's what I think. My opinion. If you just want the cold hard facts skip down a bit, but you should read this because I spent forever typing it: Ultranothing is a game about nothing. Except there's stuff in it so it's not about that. It tricked you. It likes to trick you. Ultranothing will spend all of the time you spend playing it tricking you in various evil and mean and cruel and entertaining and wonderful ways. You will hate it. You will like it. Those aren't mutually exclusive feelings - you'll spend a lot of time taking 15 minutes on a level restarting over and over just to leave and come back and see that the solution you were missing was, like, three moves. And you feel stupid about this. And it makes you want to keep playing. Please keep playing. It took me the time on review to 100% the game... about 80 hours. I've seen some take longer, and there's definitely smarter people out there who got it faster. Honestly, I wouldn't worry about 100%ing it at all. Just play it as long as it takes for you to have your fun with it. You /will/ have fun with it, I promise. The early levels in Ultranothing sort of set you up for a generic sokoban experience, which.... all sokobans do. Please don't stop after 20 levels, there's so much more. I haven't played a bunch of them, and maybe this is like the thing where I haven't listened to enough generic rock that I think some lame-ass song is really really good, but... this game is a really really good sokoban. This game is a really really good puzzle game. Prommy. Now for that sweet sweet breakdown of the entire games mechanics and me giving you the solved state so you don't even have to play it! Just kidding. But.... here's a more objective view: Ultranothing doesn't really have BGM. It has sounds and... some areas have ambience. But you can listen to whatever you want during it... including nothing at all. This makes it feel sort of like a crossword puzzle, something that you fully motivate yourself to do in the time you want to allow yourself to have. This helps with pacing a lot, as you'll get stuck sometimes in this game and just need to take a break. The start of the game is a bit.... w/e. Like most games. The end of the game is.... wracking your brain trying to figure out how to exploit this level's mechanic. Like... most games. There's a looooot. of meat inbetween those two things though, and I don't even think the beginning and end are bad for this. This game looks..... like a game. It's bright and loud and flashy and annoying and things explode and go everywhere and there's some settings that help with this. Visit the 'Choice House' once you load the game up to toggle some settings that help a bit with this (I think, I haven't used them). This game is.... deep. There's a bajillion different 'abilities' in it and a bajillion different configurations the game gives you to play with them. It'll take a while to even understand some of the ways you can use them. Saying this feels.. like it might take away from the experience, but. This game will often ask you to break it's defined mechanics. There'll be a point where you're so frustrated at a level you'll think - "There's no way this will work, but, like, what the ♥♥♥♥ ever." And then it will work and piss you off. Don't get too pissed off though, you just opened up a whole new level of complex problem solving skills that will make you feel really really smart and add sooooo much more content to your experience of the game. This game is pretty simple, to pretty engaging and fun, to pretty hair-tear-out-ing at times. This game will have you saying things like; "Ugh, Duck Slap is so hard... anyone else feel this way?" and it really is. Don't even get me started on Brain Spaghetti. But... well.... I'm not here to find out what the review character limit is... and I really hope this isn't too long and sparsely populated with actual information besides "please play this game it's so good i promise i relly relly love it !!!!111!!!" that you'll actually think about genuinely buying and playing this. It's sooooo good. So good. You won't regret it. It's like coffee price. Sandwich price if you know the shop owner. You can go without a meal to play this game. You basically should never eat again so all you ever do anymore is play this game. This game will teach you the most valuable lesson of your life: There is no wrong way to get to a right answer. Even murder is fine. Most of the time it's murder, actually. Thank you for making this, snorillaka. Please play this game, everyone else.
A strange, delightful puzzle game.
I have achieved much nothing. yet my journey into nothing continues. I have got nothing out of this and will only get more nothing the further I go in. For 4 dollars I have been given more nothing than I would have ever expected. The nothing i have received was absolutely worth it.
despite the title of the game there is something, and it's good
