Ultimate Zombie Defense 2

Bought this on sale and played with a friend, I think even for 10 bucks, it's worth it. Doesn't try to do anything crazy- good old fashioned FPS with Tower Defense elements (or you can play survival without building) and there is also an objective defense game mode. Has a lot of aspects that made COD zombies great, with its own little unique flair.

I recommend this game wholeheartedly. It doesn't have the AAA price tag, but you get the fun of previous Call of Duty Zombies, except, in my opinion, they do it even better. The shooting was satisfying and weighty, which is all I can ever ask for with a first-person shooter. The aerial view makes the base-building easy, so you can place what you want around your base. The difficulty did feel fair. Once you get to level 10, you'll start to understand what you need to do and experiment with the building mechanics. The skills make you better, and you can carry those into each run, so even when you die, it feels like you're still able to progress. The biggest issue is that, even though I had fun playing solo, this is definitely better enjoyed with friends. More challenges or cosmetic unlocks would have been nice, but in no way do I feel like this takes away from the overall enjoyment. At $12.99 [CAD], especially with the fact that it goes on sale for $5.19, it's worth it. If you bought Call of Duty only to play Zombies, this game is most definitely for you.
