UldreVoid is an action game created by a solo South African developer. Set out alone in a chaotic world to discover what lies in the Void, a monumental orb-like energy growth that changes the world around it. You must face the conflict of supernatural change while part of humanity tries to take advantage of it.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

Great start for a early access development. Some clipping issues and combat feels a tad clunky even for this style of RPG. Other than that it seems like a solid work in progress, and I look forward to seeing it in further stages of development.

Gameplay https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g5CplX4gPa8&feature=youtu.be
Pleasantly surprised by this; it's a very solid proof of concept demo, so far. Definitely going to keep an eye on this as it advances, but just download and play it; it's free. It's very early, of course, but what exists is a very solid base. I would love to see skills and abilities/spell be expanded upon; bows so far don't exist, at least I never saw them, but a message did mention being able to use torches with one-handed weapons, though not with two-handed or ranged weapons, which leads me to believe they will be implemented in the future. The biggest problem with this demo would be a lack of being given an idea of where to go in the open areas. That is not necessarily a bad thing, if a map existed that filled in areas you've been/areas of interest explored; it definitely doesn't need to be "Hey, go this circle", just something that helps the player keep track of where they have been; even large landmarks, some of which do exist but the forest trees are so dense you really can't see them until you're on top of them. Again, very solid proof of concept that could easily become a very good fantasy game upon release.
Nice game...but cant find the keys for the gates...

Decided to play the first dungeon. Surprisingly only took me 20 minutes, but I guess it's technically what one would consider the tutorial, so sure. It's not long, granted, but it's long enough for me to know it's too early access for me. - The combat is smoother than I was expecting, but the fact enemies will occasionally just stand there and let you hit them is,,, hilarious, honestly, but that's not how combat works. - This may be a 'my bad' but the screenshots make it look as though you can create your own character, and either I missed where one does that or it's not implemented/the dev doesn't intend that. Either way, I hate playing lame-o predetermined characters, so no thank you. - Your footsteps constantly sound like they're coming from behind you. 1) That's not how footsteps work and 2) If you're gonna add footsteps, then enemies shouldn't be able to sneak up on the player. It's creepy. I didn't sign up for no horror game. - Speaking of horror, that dungeon in some places is so freakin' dark. Contrast/brightness sliders would be nice. - Loot isn't as sparse as I first thought, but there definitely needs to be more- so many boxes I could be breaking open if only it was a mechanic. There are some more things I noticed that made me stop for a second or two, like the enemies pathfinding into walls, but it's EA, made by one guy, and for those 20 minutes I did play, I wasn't exactly bored. I don't recommend it now, but in a few months/a year, who knows. It's free; if you have nothing better to do, give it a shot.
