The best indie game i've played so far
I struggle through puzzle games but this one was good enough to struggle through, Tobi Kadachi approved
A must-play for any person who enjoys videogames in general. A serious piece of art.
This game is so cool! I never got into the original Zelda games, but this game somehow still made me feel nostalgic for a beloved era of gaming I never experienced. The combat is tight and feels awesome. So many new and cool ideas are explored in this game and its a joy to explore, discover, and solve all the little puzzles in the world. This game holds true to the metroid-brainia genre, and man do I love being able to see the world of the game with new eyes as my journey comes to a wrap. The one thing I was a little disappointed by was the lore and story, mostly just in how little is explained before credits roll. I was expecting a bit more of an AHA moment within the story explaining what things are and why they are like they are, and that never really came. The game just kinda ended. I don't think it was a bad thing, the game never really focused on it during the game so it was misplaced expectations on my part I think. Plus also maybe I'm just not schitzo enough, who knows. Either way, full recommendation from me to anyone who likes any of the genres this game remotely fits around.
