Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8/day in the week to Sep 8 → 18.86/day in the week after.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Shame the devs sold their soul and didn't think the players would have a problem. We're disappointed because we were very excited for the 3rd game and now we already know the game is just a cash cow, will have features and content cut out just to sell it as DLC. It's strange, they had a guaranteed hit with a fan base ready with their money and then they let the wolves in.
Filled with sadness at the news. I was so looking forward to TF3. Truly 2026 is a ♥♥♥♥ year. The developers have had theirs mouths stopped with gold by the disgusting goblins at Paradox Interactive. Soon we will have all the maladies that Paradox plagues games with: buggy unfinished games at high prices, endless cash grab DLCs, demotivated and declining modding scene, horrible buggy Paradox Mods interface, Spying data drinking Paradox launcher and so on.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

games great BUT do not support these devs at all anymore theyve partnered with paradox. paradox the company that buys/publishes ips cuts everything the previous games had out and sell them as dlc then drive the ip into the ground repeat. they dont even spare their own ips either it costs 100s of € just to get a base game thats good. paradox is what people make ea out to be (theyre also awfull)
зашел, забил хер на всю инфраструктуру, взял кредит на ржавую советскую эрку и провел маршрут от Калининграда до Владивостока по однопутному пути с интервалом примерно раз в никогда... Думаю жители меня полюбят
Transport Fever 2 Is near perfect. It's just a shame the developers are going to ruin such a good franchise by partnering with such an awful Publisher. Buy Transport Fever 2 instead of Transport Fever 3, at least you won't be nickel and dimed by Paradox.
if you enjoy OpenTTD, get this game it's worth it. but however it lacks disasters such as train head-on collisions, plane crashes and train-car collisions. other than that it's a great game, hopefully they don't fumble the 3rd installment.
Transport Fever 2 is a well-made transport and economic simulation with a surprising amount of depth. Fans of the genre will definitely find plenty to enjoy here. While parts of the interface and some gameplay features could still use a bit more polish, none of these issues are significant tho.
Achievements
Required time: 60-80 Hours Difficulty (in my opinion): 4/10 DLCs required for 100%?: No As for the achievements, you'll mainly need to complete the campaign while finishing all optional side objectives along the way. After that, most of your time will likely be spent in Free Game mode, where several of the more time-consuming achievements are found. Fortunately, there is nothing particularly difficult or frustrating to unlock, making this a very enjoyable 100%
Could this game be more unclear? In the scneario i couldn't ship the silver ore to the station it shows the silver ore got 0 shipment. And the tutorial says nothing about how to get the silver ore mine working. It's rage baiting at this point.
So there's a thing with Transport Fever 2. It was never "good" Transport Fever, Train Fever before that. They were always just better than the last. An independent company, making a game, figuring it out. We accept that the game -will- get laggy, that the building reqs are very touch and go. There's a heavy amount of jank that you gotta master. BUT you figure it out, you accept it, and they release the next version. Here in lies the rub. These schmucks just sold out to Paradox games. The isn't going to be a "better" next game, The lineage of Transport Fever ends here, and that measn all the aforementioned Jank which has been modded to the best of its ability. Is what's left. Upon hearing the sell out happened, I went back and did a map. It's a very heavily modded play, because what is there vanilla is just not good. Very repetitive, very mechanical. I honestly can't reccomend playing it, because unless you -like- that sorta thing. you won't like this. And knowing that Paradox is now here, and Urban Games is being really mum on the exact specifics, double can't suggest you buy this.
