Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter

Ever read that meme about how JRPGs go about their business? First mission Rescue a cat. Final mission: Kill god. Well, now imagine that entire sentiment across a franchise itself. Add a song of ice and fire, mecha animation in general and a few anime tropes and *crashes into chemical X flask* Oh no... is that the MCU flask? Well you get the idea. Something that shouldn't by any means make for compelling narratives somehow crash landed into one of, if not the only, jrpg that holds a narrative through it's entire series brilliantly is now losing its main detractor, old age. These remakes from PSP games back in 06-07 which were already a bit outdated by the time they released are getting the modern glowup that not only shows nintendo how to do a remake (looking at you OoT) with amazing voice overs in EN and modern gameplay systems while keeping the original vibes intact both in difficulty and storytelling(even improving in this area). I cannot recommend this enough, even if you're not a JRPG enthusiast if you look past the anime filter you'll find the best storytelling in gaming in the trails franchise.

สนุกครับ ตอนนี้เล่นไปประมาณ 76 ชั่วโมงแล้ว และกำลังเล่น New Game+ ในระดับ Nightmare Level 50 เรียกได้ว่าเล่นจนรู้สึกว่าค่อนข้างผูกพันกับเกมไปแล้ว สิ่งที่ชอบที่สุดคือดีไซน์ตัวละครและการวางบท ตัวละครแต่ละคนมีเอกลักษณ์ และรู้สึกว่าบทของตัวละครไม่ได้มีไว้แค่ให้เดินเรื่อง แต่ทำให้เราได้รู้จักตัวละครเหล่านั้นมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ พอเล่นไปนาน ๆ ก็จะเริ่มรู้สึกว่าเราไม่ได้แค่กำลังเล่นเกม แต่กำลังติดตามเรื่องราวของตัวละครพวกนี้อยู่จริง ๆ อีกอย่างที่ชอบคือระบบการต่อสู้ที่มีทั้ง Quick และ Command Battle ทำให้การต่อสู้ไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้เวลานานกับศัตรูที่เราเคยเจอจนชินแล้ว ผมชอบตรงนี้มาก เพราะมันทำให้จังหวะการเล่นไม่ถูกขัดด้วยการต่อสู้เล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ตลอดเวลา ส่วนข้อเสียที่รู้สึกชัดที่สุดคือ *บางครั้งรู้สึกว่าต้องสู้เยอะเกินไป* โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่กำลังเดินสำรวจหรือไปทำอะไรบางอย่าง แล้วเจอศัตรูขวางทางบ่อย ๆ มันมีจังหวะที่รู้สึกว่า “เอาอีกแล้วเหรอ” อยู่เหมือนกัน แต่ **เราสามารถเดินหนีได้** ดังนั้นมันไม่ได้ถึงขั้นเป็นปัญหาใหญ่ แค่เป็นเรื่องที่ทำให้จังหวะการเล่นสะดุดและน่าหงุดหงิดที่สุดสำหรับผม โดยรวมแล้ว ผมชอบเกมนี้มาก โดยเฉพาะการเล่าเรื่อง ตัวละคร และโลกของเกม ยิ่งเล่นนานยิ่งรู้สึกว่าเกมค่อย ๆ ให้เราใช้เวลากับโลกและตัวละครแทนที่จะรีบโยนเนื้อเรื่องสำคัญใส่เราตลอดเวลา ถ้าชอบ JRPG ที่เน้นตัวละคร การเดินเรื่อง และโลกที่ค่อย ๆ เปิดให้เราได้รู้จัก ผมว่าเกมนี้ควรลองครับ

Really Good. Was the first RPG that really made me addicted like Witcher 3 did back in 2015. Highly Recommend

Уф, ну тут конечно надо иногда терпеть, в целом сделано добротно, хорошо, что можно битвы рандомные скипать. Относитесь как к хорошему аперитив перед следующими частями
