Tracked is a strategic hacker-heist game played through a fictional operating system. Analyze contracts, route through digital relays, and run tools on your own rig. Manage resources and an active Trace—and disappear before the trail leads back to you.

About

In Tracked, you work as an independent operator directly inside Relay OS. Your rig is the hardware. Relay OS is your usable desktop. Relays are the network infrastructure that carries your connection to the target.
Contracts do not begin with a ready-made solution. They begin with messages, incomplete intelligence, and an objective. Review briefings and evidence, inspect known systems, and decide which path to take before opening the first connection.
Every relay changes the latency, Trace resistance, and visible audit footprint of your route. A detour can put valuable distance between your rig and the target, but costs time and resources. While tools run, processes compete for CPU, memory, and network capacity.
Once an active Trace begins, every decision matters. Do you keep transferring? Clean actionable evidence first? Change the plan, or cut the connection with a risky Hard Drop?
Success means more than finding a file. Secure the correct objective, deliver usable evidence, and decide which traces to leave behind. Clients, your operator history, and The Wire preserve what your decisions set in motion.
Windows, Terminal, Network, Vault, Monitor, Messages, and Notes are not scenery. They form the toolkit you use to plan, execute, and finish every operation.
All of Relay OS can be operated with the mouse. Terminal commands can also be entered directly with the keyboard, so you can point and click across the desktop or type when speed matters.

Tracked is being developed into a story-driven operator campaign built from connected investigations. Build relationships with recurring contacts and morally gray factions that remember how you work, and see earlier decisions persist through The Wire, changing target systems, and new opportunities.
Deterministic scripting, bounded AI tools, and automation are being developed to reduce routine work without taking decisions away from you. More complex multi-stage operations, rival operators, and defense of your rig and the infrastructure you build are also in development for the Full game.
