Lot of fun

This game is a mix of good and bad. I got it on sale for like, $1.50 I think. It was a fun 1 hour romp. The controls could be a little more clear, especially the clambering which was frustrating at first. For those who are scratching their heads, checkpoint is R and Parachute is E. These controls are on the screen but can be very hard to see until you notice them. Checkpoints are spaced okay, some are too close together and some are too far apart or just have a few frustrating things between them. The scavenger hunt for the rats was kinda fun too, once I knew about them. All in all, for being this guy's first game and made by himself, its not terrible. The animations are pretty solid, the graphics are serviceable, and the little bits of dialogue are really funny at times. I will say, I wish checkpoints were more interesting. Maybe instead of a hard reset point, you did things to make getting back up easier. Toy sized ladders, lifts, something. Also was there any moving objects or anything? thinking back on it I think everything was static but maybe I am forgetting something. If not, that would be cool.
