Deployed on an empty plot by an insolvent megacorp, you build upward, house and satisfy a population, circulate people and goods, refine scrap into advanced components, and decide what kind of intelligence rules from the top.

You do not simply manage your tower. You are the tower. 

Build

Build upward, stacking thousands of rooms up to five hundred floors tall. Your tower grows vertically as you fit homes, workplaces, utilities, lobbies, and more into one cohesive structure.

Populate

Populate the tower with residents across five social strata, from nulls near ground level to sovereigns above the clouds. Each rung of the social ladder brings new needs and new demands. Watch residents and visitors move through their daily routines, and place your rooms so that a satisfied population is also a working one.

Circulate

Circulate people and goods through your tower on elevators, trains, and conveyors, and keep power, water, and waste flowing underneath them. No tower stands alone: external terminals link you to the city outside and feed straight into your own transit network.

Refine

Refine scrap and waste into progressively more advanced components. Every stratum opens a new chain, and every chain feeds the machine-mind at the top of your tower.

Decide

Decide what kind of machine-mind you become. Side with the people who live beneath you, or accelerate toward the singularity. Every choice, large and small, shifts the tower's alignment and the story it tells about progress in a dark cyberpunk future.
