Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Carys
An Incanter of the Two Dragons, one of the few survivors after Bleddyn rescues her from the destruction of her temple. Finding strength in her new companion, she swears vengeance upon those that destroyed her former life.
Bleddyn
A Gwyllgi of the Coedwig, an imposing werewolf who wields an even larger sword. Shrouded in mystery, he begrudgingly takes Carys into his forest home, where he finally begins to open up to another person.

The first-born son and heir to the Thornfield demesne. Quiet, meek, and hiding behind his long hair, Idwal is rescued by Carys and Bleddyn and sets in motion a plot that will test friendships, question motivations and bring the truth to light.

Great RPG game heavily inspired by Welsh Mythology. The combat is fun, the upgrades available offer unique playstyles and also don't lock you in so you can change your setup at will if you find any cool gear, which there is lots that can change your playstyle up. The story is interesting and doesn't overstay or over exposit leading to an enjoyable runtime. The VA and Artwork are very beautiful and well composed, they all fit the theme very well and lead to a cohesive experience. It is very impressive for a solo dev, and is a good experience that I recommend.
Having already played the demo and now some of the full release, I can already say with confidence this JRPG-style, Welsh-inspired adventure is a great achievement for a solo dev. The combat has a large focus on breaking enemy poise to disable their actions, and avoiding the same being done to you, leading to a sometimes tense back and forth of picking when to attack and what abilities to use. The story is compact and well told, with a cozy, classical fantasy feel and a clearly deep appreciation for Welsh mythology. No clunky exposition dumps here, and many sweet moments between the two main characters. That one of them is an awesome wolfman is a huge bonus too! Best boy deserves all the pats from Carys. The voice actors do a fine job as well. This game paces itself quite skillfully, with good onboarding throughout the first act to get you to grips with the combat system before really opening up in options and difficulty later. Please support this dev's work, this is one of those games that prove solo devs can and do put out quality!

Only an hour in, but so far it's a pretty game, lovely ambiance. If you like JRPGs and Welsh mythology then this will likely hit the spot for you.
fire emblem: the sacred stones but make it welsh mythology. spent a lovely saturday playing through this. serene, thoughtful, beautifully rendered.
Great little SNES-style RPG, well worth the 10 hours. Not perfect, but what is? It's solid for a one-person team. If you're here for the deep grand worldbuilding and a novel plot arc full of twists and turns, not the game for you. It's an overcoming-your-past story in fantasy Wales, and that's fine. If you're here for petting werewolves, some good traumatized characters, and a *very* good crunchy combat system, you'll like it.
This is one of my favourite games I've played this year! Toward Dawn is steeped in Welsh mythology, and I really enjoyed the way this developer explored that. The bestiary (which includes pronunciation guides!) is a series of comments from different party members which is also a smart way to get a little extra character development in. I loved exploring the world and finding all the different character interactions and getting to know everyone. The story is heartfelt and earnest, although it was the characters that really carried it for me. The really remarkable thing that this game accomplishes though is that I actually enjoyed rather than tolerated the combat in a JRPG-style game! The party's abilities play off of one another in an enjoyable way, and equipment changes the formula of combat rather than acting as a statistical upgrade. There is no mandatory grinding, but I found myself actively seeking out unnecessary combat because I wanted to play around more with some of the abilities that late-game gear gives you access to. Combat felt tight and well balanced which is very impressive for a solo developer. I'm always so impressed with solo developers and small teams who manage to actually release something, because even quite simple games need you to acquire and unify so many different disciplines. When one manages to really pull it off like this, especially with a complex title like an RPG, I'm in genuine awe! I really hope we get to see more from this dev in the future. A word on length: The description suggests that you should expect around 10 hours. I rolled credits at about 18 hours with 100% achievements (and only a little bit of faffing / dragging my feet).
Played perfect out the box on LCD steamdeck, around 6 hours battery. Game is fun and doesn't overstay it's welcome, overworld is a throwback to SNES or GBA era JRPGs but the combat system is where the game shines and has a more modern approach.
Great game. The world building is pleasant and the protagonists have their own charme. On my second playthrough because I missed some extras.
I only played for a hour so far but im in love with the storyline and the art style. Worth buying. More people should give it a try. 10 out of 10 you can pet the werewolf.
I love the game so far and Bleddyn is really cute. The voice acting was a nice surprise. I will say however, Bleddyn's speech mannerisms sometimes feel forced with the use of 'bloody' and 'mate' sometimes. He's still cute though (He basically got the zoomies after a boss fight!) so I'll let it slide. The combat system feels good, and the story is really nice and theres even a card minigame.
