TOREE FOREVER.
Just finished the trilogy here on steam. This was an excellent call back to the old days of sonic. This one improved upon the last two installments by a lot! The camera and controls felt really good this time around. The sound track was incredible as well! I loved the visuals, bright and colorful. Thank you for making something fun and original! Worth a few hours of fun for sure. I hope there is more in Toree's future
Don't let my review time deceive you, Toree saturn is really that short (especally if you're not going for 100 percent). The game features about 10 levels, but just like the blue blur, you'll be speeding through them in about 2 minuets each. Not that this game is bad mind you. Moving toree and chaining together slams while moving around feels fun and the game has some cool setpeices- its just that the game really does want you to move forward as much as possible and not left/ right. The level designs boil down to "Move forward, get guided by railings/boost rings/ speedboosts, and jump when needed." which gets old fast.
The race at the end is a big offender of this. It feels less of a race than the intro stage!
At least the music of this game is pretty good. Oh, also this game, while not graphicly demanding, didn't run well on my potato pc (I instead had to play it on my friends stronger pc) and it has no graphical settings. Personally I would say to spend your hard earned money on one of the other games this developer has made, as they are much more worth your money and time than this in my opinion.

Beak gameplay.
Too short. The jumps aren't spaced well when you're going star to star for the longer ones, you have to hold the jump each time. These retro styled games like Macbat and co feel like playing a licensed game from back in the day... heck those might be more fun. Lunistice, and Spark the Electric Jester are better imo.
This straight up flew over my expectations. Not only is the game fast, responsive and overall very fun, it's also packed with all kinds of secrets and fun details. Had me playing these levels over and over again. Plus a good ranking system's always a bonus in my book. Also the banging soundtrack and colorful visuals give this one a good vibe. Story was fun too even though it was very short.
Oh my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god that was incredible
Toree is back and better than ever with a grand finale that you absolutely cannot miss
Very short and sweet 3D platformer. Enjoyed the music a lot. Unsure if I will 100% the game. Game did exactly what it set out to do and it was great. Enjoyed the cutscenes. Extremely enjoyed the final stage.
