Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 13 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

TOOTHY HISTORY is a small indie platformer created by NL Studio and published by HandMade Games. The game presents a simple but challenging 2D side-scrolling experience in which players control a small dinosaur navigating through a series of hazardous levels filled with traps, platforms, and collectibles. Rather than focusing on elaborate storytelling or complex mechanics, the game emphasizes classic arcade-style platforming where success depends on timing, patience, and careful movement. The premise is straightforward: guide the dinosaur safely through each stage, collect required items scattered throughout the environment, and reach the end of the level without falling victim to the many hazards placed along the path. The gameplay centers on precise platforming and survival mechanics that make every jump feel significant. Each level requires the player to collect a number of items before completing the stage, which encourages exploration and careful movement through the map rather than simply sprinting toward the exit. These collectibles are often positioned in tricky locations—sometimes near dangerous obstacles or high above platforms—forcing players to carefully plan their route before attempting to grab them. Because the character’s movement must be carefully controlled to avoid hazards, even the act of collecting items becomes part of the puzzle-like structure of each stage. One of the most defining features of TOOTHY HISTORY is its unforgiving difficulty. The dinosaur protagonist has essentially no margin for error, and contact with traps such as spikes, moving hazards, or environmental dangers results in immediate failure. This single-life structure creates a tense gameplay loop where every movement must be calculated. Players quickly learn that rushing through a level often leads to mistakes, while patience and observation are rewarded with smoother progress. For those who enjoy demanding platformers, this mechanic adds a satisfying sense of accomplishment when a difficult section is finally completed. The level design is structured to gradually increase the challenge as players progress. Early stages introduce the basic mechanics and allow players to become familiar with the character’s movement and jump timing. As the game continues, levels begin to incorporate more complicated arrangements of platforms, tighter jumps, and more dangerous hazards that require greater precision. Some areas demand careful timing to pass moving traps, while others challenge players with sequences of jumps that must be executed almost perfectly. This escalation keeps the gameplay engaging even though the fundamental mechanics remain simple. Visually, the game adopts a minimalistic 2D style that focuses on clarity and readability. The environments are built using bright colors and simple shapes, making it easy for players to distinguish between safe platforms, collectible items, and deadly hazards. The dinosaur character itself has a charming and playful design that adds personality to the otherwise straightforward presentation. Although the graphics are modest compared to larger platforming titles, they serve their purpose well by keeping the gameplay readable and easy to follow during fast or challenging sections. The sound design follows a similarly simple approach. Background music provides a light, energetic atmosphere that complements the arcade nature of the game without becoming distracting. Sound effects signal jumps, item collection, and player deaths, offering clear feedback during gameplay. While the audio elements are not particularly elaborate, they help reinforce the rhythm of the platforming and contribute to the overall pacing of the experience. Despite its solid core mechanics, TOOTHY HISTORY does show some limitations in terms of variety. The gameplay loop remains largely the same throughout the entire experience: navigate the level, collect items, and avoid traps. The game does not introduce many new mechanics or gameplay systems as players progress, which can cause the experience to feel repetitive after extended play. Additionally, the absence of a deeper story or larger progression system means the game relies almost entirely on its platforming challenge to keep players engaged. Even with these limitations, the game still offers a satisfying experience for players who appreciate straightforward but demanding platformers. The combination of precise controls, cleverly placed hazards, and collectible-based objectives creates a gameplay loop that rewards persistence and skill. Completing a particularly difficult stage can feel genuinely rewarding, especially after several failed attempts. For fans of classic platforming challenges, the game provides a compact but enjoyable test of timing and coordination. Overall, TOOTHY HISTORY is a simple yet challenging indie platformer that embraces old-school design principles. Its minimalist visuals and straightforward mechanics keep the focus squarely on precise jumping and careful movement. While the lack of variety and limited scope prevent it from becoming a standout entry in the genre, the game still manages to deliver a solid arcade-style platforming experience that can appeal to players who enjoy skill-based challenges and short indie titles.
