Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Dark clouds gather over the island nation of Dese; vile conspirators lurk in the shadows. You must recruit allies and train in the gladiatorial games even as an imperial praetor hunts you down--but soon, even that will not be enough...

You’ve arrived in the island kingdom of Dese with a secret mission to find and train loyal fighters. Hunted by an imperial praetor, you must maintain a low profile even as you are drawn into dark intrigues that will decide the fate of Dese itself.
Recruit and manage a team of fighters. Stay stocked on food, make payroll, and investigate a royal conspiracy. Time is not on your side--and the clock is ticking...

Each day, you'll have 2 Time Points to spend: you can fight in the arena, send characters away on quests, shop, train, recruit new allies, or investigate a dark conspiracy.
At night, you'll return to camp and watch your character's personalities come alive as they talk, pursue their interests, and build relationships with one another! You're the boss--you get to decide how each day is spent. But your choices matter. To succeed, you'll want to make every day count.

Every character you recruit has distinct traits, personal histories, beliefs, hobbies, and secrets. These differences matter: a jokester may do funny impressions to boost morale; a hunter may boost your stocks with wild game; a baker may use food to produce cookies and cakes you can eat or sell; a gambler may visit bars around town and win money for you. Dancers are nimble; sailors are good swimmers.
Some characters are prone to depression; some, to self-doubt. Some self-soothe with long walks or prayer; others undertake long-term projects like growing vegetables, forging weapons, or writing novels. Learn what makes each character tick as they grow and form powerful bonds of friendship!
But beware: your characters aren't just unique, they're dynamic. Let their friends fall in battle, and they may become depressed. Let morale fall too low, and you’ll risk resentment and desertion. Keep them happy, however, and they will grow close to one another, form fond memories, give nicknames–even share their combat skills! With skill and patience, you will emerge victorious…together in battle.

Fight battles that reward creativity and good positioning, not just lucky die rolls. With a deterministic core that never wastes your time, Together in Battle's turn-based tactical combat nonetheless features unusual depth. Combat mechanics include:
Elevation: claim the high ground to boost your effectiveness and hinder the enemy's!
Knockbacks galore: shove, pull, and throw enemies into water, lava, and chasms; into traps; off of cliffs; or into each other!
Backstabbing: strike from behind to avoid counterattacks and score a huge damage bonus!
Destructible environments: bust down doors, blow up walls, hack through bushes, chop through barricades! If you can see it, you can smash it.
Defensive terrain: take up position in tall grass to gain a defense boost--or hack it down to deny that same advantage to the enemy.
Weather: fight on battlefields that change dynamically with the weather, populating it with rain puddles, ice slicks, or even raging fires.
Create new structures on the battlefield: build your own bridges and barricades; freeze water to form ice bridges; place explosives to detonate at an opportune moment; produce roaring infernos and jagged ice barriers; set traps; and more!
Extreme turn flexibility: move a character, move a second character, then return to finish the first character's turn. An unlimited undo stack lets you redo it all if you don't like where everyone ended up!
Clever AI: face enemies that use the terrain to their advantage, take advantage of weak positioning, cut through barriers, and compete with you for item pickups.

You won't see everything Together in Battle has to offer in a single playthrough--or two. Every game offers a new experience. TiB includes:
24 base classes with branching promotions for a total of 75 distinct character classes;
More than 175 skills;
6 playable species;
Dozens and dozens of random events and side quests that can play out in multiple different ways;
Multiple endings, for good and for ill;
A near-limitless variety of unique, procedurally generated characters;
A custom character maker to create your own characters with your choice of traits, portraits, personalities, growths, and even custom dialogue. The game will pull them into the world to fight, level up, and develop relationships with your other characters;
Hundreds of thousands of possible procedurally generated weapons and pieces of armor, (including unique and personal weapons);
A trainer you can use to shore up your characters' stats or even multi-class them;
A jobs board with various randomized jobs you can send characters away on to earn extra money;
A brilliant blend of both procedurally generated arena fights and dozens of carefully hand-designed battles!

Together in Battle also comes with a campaign creation suite to let you build your own full-fledged SRPG campaigns!

Reviews
Developer likes to inject their personal beliefs in to the game. The game was great until I stumbled across a random event that had no in-game reason to exist. Will probably finish it once and never touch again.
Have you ever wanted to play an SRPG with completely random characters? What about an SRPG with environmental hazards you can shove enemies into with psychic powers? What about an SRPG with a heavy focus on money and resource management? What about ALL THREE OF THOSE THINGS? This is a tactics game that's crunchy in the best way possible. Try not to lose your units to hazards.

While not my favorite tactics/management game, I believe this indie game deserves a shot. The developer(s) had a vision and went with it. The lore and races are compelling and I like the east India vibes which are often under depicted in the gaming industry. The tactical choices on the battle map is what makes every movement or attack thoughtful. I haven’t gotten that far into the main story yet, but I appreciate having other objectives than just fighting in the arena. I’m hoping this game does well enough to allow the developers to continue delving deeper into the world building and characters.
Adictive . Lots of ways to play
Scratched that tactics itch.
Great game, it scratched a Fire Emblem itch I didn't know I had. Developer is great and is super responsive to the community. I really would recommend this if you like turn based games.
Perfect
Well 40 hours in with 2 separate save files attempted both have hit a point they are locked up and i cant play either anymore. BY this i mean the cutscene starts on one at beginning of a battle for one of the people to explain the way to beat the fight but doesnt say anything and theres no button to escape or anythig its just alt f4. other one has same kind of bug in middle of battle so until these kind of game breaking bugs are fixed i cant recommend the game. It is a shame the bugs are so bad as the game is truly fun till it hits a breaking point. can only hope these get fixed
挺上头的 就是有一些bug 1.在自动事件触发:击退强盗事件 在强盗行动回合,玩家UI可以操作强盗 2.创意工坊不能loading 战役
Does not respect the player's time. Menus, cut-scenes, and combat events all have aggravatingly slow fade transitions, only some of which can be skipped with mouse clicks (even then, no one wants to constantly click ♥♥♥♥!). This is especially noticeable during combat, where the computer takes several seconds per enemy unit action to do... who knows what. The game isn't nearly complex enough to need that much time to "think" on a modern system. The Gold Box games from the 90s offered faster combat. As far as the tactical combat system, the game is decent. Lacking diagonal movement and attacks is a huge negative. But the speed at which everything works—in and out of combat—is just abhorrent. 10 hours into the main campaign and difficultly has also started to spike;[strike] it seems like it scales with the highest level unit, which is pretty dumb for a game that encourages you to have a large roster[/strike]. Maybe I could play my way around it, but given the pacing issues, I no longer care to try. (EDIT : The dev has justifiably corrected me that difficulty actually scales with in-game day. However, having difficulty advance independent of character growth in a game with limited resources and permadeath is arguably worse.) And frankly, even if the time issues were corrected, there are much better and deeper indie tactical RPGs out there. Our Adventurers Guild and Crawl Tactics, to start with. It does get major points for creativity. The setting and character races are a refreshing change from the trite Tolkienesque races and Euro-centric settings predominant in this genre. Ultimately, if you want fast-paced combat with a deep character system, look elsewhere. If you can tolerate a slower-paced game with unnecessary lag and Beverly Hills, 90210-inspired team dynamics, then you may enjoy what Together in Battle has to offer.
