[h1]Я конечно люблю симуляторы ходьбы, но это игра исключение[/h1] Симулятор ходьбы, вопросы? Но даже в этой игре есть минусы. -Рассказчик который пересказывает историю о Тобине из библии. Рассказчик охренеть как бесит и отключить его нельзя. Походить по лесу под красивую музыку не получится. -Всякие косяки по типу травы на вертикальном камне или же летающие объекты. -Слишком медленный персонаж и отсуствие бега. Я понимаю типа симулятор ходьбы и все дела, но не давать возможности игрокам, которые хотят по быстрому пройти игру, всё же несправедливо. -Развилки. Пойдёшь в неправильную сторону, уткнёшся в невидимую стену и будь добр, возвращайся обратно. Не рекомендую тратить свои часы ради этой игры. Что насчёт конца игры, ну я застрял в ветке а проходить эту игру заново я не собираюсь.

I'm not religious, so I understand this game wasn't necessarily meant for me, but I am a walking simulator fan, and this game was posted publicly on an open platform, so I might as well review it. I won't comment on the scripture/lines being spoken since they bear no importance to me. The walking simulator part of this game starts out pretty decent. The graphics are nice, and there are some atmospheric sounds that are ok. But soon you will start to realize that with how slow you walk, and how the environment just doesn't change at all for most of your playthrough, the game will start to get boring, especially with the playtime being drawn out so far because they want to cover an entire piece of the Bible. The "continue" function also doesn't work. So you'll have to play this whole game in one sitting and hope the game doesn't crash or that something else doesn't go wrong.

Already out since 2019? I cannot remember if I have this 'game' since then. I now attempted to play it through to the end. But once I pressed 'escape' after 15 minutes or so, I am not able to press 'continue'. So, my only option is to start over, which I will not. I already attempted this game for 3 times. The water and trees could have used a bit more work. Even in 2019. And some mountains do not fully render. I have seen (free) test engines with better quality on those fronts. The story telling could have been done with more passion; as it is a bible story. The quick summary says it is an engaging forest you are walking through. Well, I have not noticed that. You can hardly walk away from the default path. A lot of blind walls. Some parts are nice tough. So, they give great 'screenshot' moments. But besides that, I am bored by the story/narration. While I am not a believer, I can still enjoy those stories. Just not in the way presented in this 'game'. If you want a better Walking Sim yourself, like I did... Go to Dear Esther or something similar along those lines.

So I listened to all of the story, I won't comment on it cuz it's religion so you either like it or not I guess. The narrator is fine and he did a decent job. What the game is good for? Well if you want to listen to the story instead of reading it on your own. What's bad about this game? *Even though it's free they could have put in more work into this. *It would have been more interesting if it had a feeling that Tobit himself is telling the story. *The pace of 'walking' is too slow. Also the step sound would be nice. *Sometimes it feels like you are walking in circles. *Really. It get's boring in 15 minutes. The scenery won't change. Same type of forest, mountains and river. That's it. *I would be happier to find a man sitting by the fireplace in the night and sit down near him to listen to the story. And look at him while I listen. It would last like less than an hour without those breaks and I would give it 5 stars out of 5. *If you do an atmospheric game then you need to mind the time frames. It's not only that the walking time is slow, the breaks in speaking time are too far apart too. *Also if it is an atmospheric game then do something within it. Now you just walk for a very long time. Finding items that help tell the story in that forest and then you get to hear more would be way more rewarding and help the visualisation. *The sound part is poor. I live around the forest and I hear way more sounds so it was lacking for me. *Was it really that hard to put few animals in there? *The grass, the little variation of trees, the flowers and clovers and mushrooms... all you can last in it is like 10-15 minutes and then you either stay for the story or turn it off. The only thing that is actually pretty is the sunlight. That's it. All in all it's like 2/10 kinda experience.
