Fun game, but theres almost nothing to do. For the price, it shouldn't be this underdeveloped. Either make it cheaper or work on it more before you release it.

As an Equestrian game connoisseur, I went into this game not expecting much, as other Equestrians know let downs in this genre are common and promised features either don't deliver as anticipated or are just never implemented, I'm so happy to say that Tobiano is one of the very few that is able to promise- and deliver, and might I say- It's incredibly impressive, especially as this game is made by a solo dev. Other than being stuck to dressage (Right now) the game allows you complete freedom over managing your ranch, You can choose whether to ride, or use the in game menus to train and compete- There's something for every player, whether you prefer the managing side of things like Horse Isle 3 or Horse racing manager or roleplay- this game never forces your playstyle, and I like that. The Dev is an absolute delight, Takes every single piece of feedback seriously and is so engaged with their community, They have created a fantastic piece of art in their game but also a great space for likeminded people to connect, and man! Do they fire out updates like no tomorrow! I will always recommend Tobiano, So far it's exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to see which direction it goes.

no major updates in months, constant bugs and crashes, hard to look at for to long, and there really is nothing to do, no point in training if i can click one button and its done for me. there are so many other equine games in early development that are miles better then this (horse racing manager, horses of hoofprint bay, legend of khiimori), your money would be better spent there. this game need YEARS worth of development before it will be actually playable.

This game is still in development. The potential is there. The Dev is responsive and actively working on issues brought to them by players. It's worth giving it a shot once it's more fully developed. It's one of the few horse managing/breeding sims out there that I am enjoying. It's early access right now, so it needs alot of work still but I have high hopes.

I am all for paying for early access games; this one I regret paying for. It is not worth the price it has on it yet. It has a lot of potential, but needs significant improvement before it matches the price. Pretty disappointed.

If you're unsure of purchasing the game because it was originally intended for mobile release, this is the review for you. Mobile/tablet games are a hard no for me. The main issue with mobile to pc is the lack of detail and depth in the 3d aspect. If you're looking for a riding sim or one with an in-depth story, skip this. If you're looking for more of a management game, take a chance on this one. The game is still very early access so this can change in the future. For now, it's a very linear breeding and management sim. While riding is available, it's not required. Everything can be manually done through menus. Despite early access launching in February there are still many bugs present, but this is expected with any early access game. (No running to the other side of the map to talk to someone for a quest) Cons Very difficult movement controls on and off the horse Very stiff animations for everything No sensitivity settings (No settings available to adjust) Vague explanations in the handbook No sound unless you adjust it Quests do not update as completed onscreen, you have to "refresh" essentially for it to show on the planner There really isn't anything to do. You can ride around to train your horse but everything else is done through a menu The BIGGEST issue right now is the price. It is not anywhere near $20 worth of content. Unbridled is the same price and has way more to offer. I hate comparing games like that but the price is disappointing. My second biggest concern is the multiple versions that are planned. In my experience the PC offline version will be last to update, if not blocked by a paywall. The majority of games like this will drop support for the least profitable version pretty early on after official release. Understandable but frustrating. The dev has been very open about her plans for a paid subscription from the beginning. Don't give up on this game yet but maybe tuck it away on your wishlist and check back in a year or so

I love this game, for it being a beta it is a little bit expensive. but i love all of the mechanics and the breeding is very realistic! And the dressage is super fun to train!

This game is a fun, fairly realistic horse breeding sim. There is a lot of polish still needed, but the developer is continuously working on bug fixes and improving gameplay. There is so much potential, and even as it is right now it is a lot of fun to play and breed the horses!
