HUD lacks basic features of DTG's existing train sim in the same engine, nigh impossible to see upcoming signal aspects. Lack of consistency in the HUD between locos. Physics are even more janky than their sim games, with trains catapulting vertically off the tracks completely at random, ending scenarios abruptly midway through. Had decent hopes they couldn't mess this up since it was so simplified from their regular sims, but I overestimated the DTG devs. Got it on sale, but they'd need to pay me to play it in this current buggy state.

A nice game for all thomas fans!
This thing was really need a RTX2060 to play. never try to play with integrated GPU. I though my the 1135G7 igpu was comparable to gtx750, which could play GTA5 over 30fps. but I get 20fps and random crashes in 800x600 low setting in this game.
It is fun, but rather slow. It has some minor bugs in it - for example racing the bus with Thomas, if you restart from a checkpoint the bus disappears and you eventually win with no bus in sight. It would be nice if the faces for the trains and people were animated rather than just changing expressions every now and then. I mention all this because my kids (3 and 5) get bored. They'll watch a little but it is more of a relaxing game. It is nicely put together and very pretty, would love more stories and the ability to skip narration. When you restart a level you have to re-listen to all the dialogue with no skip function.
