Season Two of The Walking Dead is where the emotional damage really kicks in. You think you’re ready after Season One and then the game looks you dead in the eyes and says bet. Choices hit harder, characters feel messier and Clementine somehow carries the entire apocalypse on her shoulders like it’s a side quest. It’s bleak, stressful and occasionally feels like being emotionally jump scared. Not every moment lands perfectly, but when it does, it lives rent-free in your head. Still hurts. Still worth it. Still pressing W to walk into trauma. [8.5/10]
A great continuation of Clementine's story that moves along at a faster pace and has more action than Season One. Don't worry it still has emotional scenes especially the ending which I didn't expect to hit me as hard as it did.
I absolutely love Seasons One and Two. Ive replayed them countless times, and they never lose their emotional impact. Unfortunately, I only managed to finish the last two seasons once or twice. There was just something about them that didnt click with me. I cant quite explain it, but it felt like the soul that made the first two games so special was gone. Because of that, the ending of Season Two will always be the true ending of The Walking Dead for me
This game is weaker than the first but its still very good. One thing that wasnt as well done compared to the first was the characters. I honestly didnt care about any of the characters besides Clem,
Kenny
, and Luke. Honestly most of them seemed just plain stupid and unreasonable. To be completely honest it didnt effect much since I was definitely enjoying letting them know how i felt about them compared to the first game where I was very polite to almost everyone. Ending sequence had me jumping in my seat (literally) and in tears by the time it closed. I was surprised to see the ending I got was chosen by only 25% of players but it seems like the most logical to me.
I hope to see Kenny again one day... I really like that dude. o7
The Walking Dead: Season Two continues the incredible storytelling of the first season and delivers another emotional and unforgettable journey. This time you play as Clementine, which adds a completely new perspective to the story. Watching her grow stronger and survive in such a brutal world creates a deep emotional connection that few games manage to achieve. The choices feel meaningful, the characters are well written, and the tension between different groups keeps the story engaging from start to finish. Many moments are heartbreaking, while others show the strength and hope that still exists in the apocalypse. Developed by Telltale Games, Season Two keeps the same excellent narrative style and decision-based gameplay that made the first game so special. If you enjoyed the first season, this is an essential continuation that deepens the story and Clementine’s character even more.
