The Tenants je uvolněná simulace pronajímatelství, kde spravuješ byty, vybavuješ je a staráš se o spokojené nájemníky. Budování banky nájemníků, vyjednávání smluv a řešení jejich problémů je příjemně uklidňující. Hra má jednoduché mechaniky a pohodový tempo, ideální když chceš relaxační strategii bez stresu.

After years this game still has lots of bugs, most of them with the Pets DLC... Can´t start Elite Contracts sometimes, Can´t start renovation sometimes. Game not saving sometimes... Tutorials and missions bugging and break games....
Game is abandoned. I do enjoy playing the game, but its not finished and still have a lot of bugs. If it starts to get updated, I will change the review, but as for now, dont buy it,
The sims sem sims
Das Spiel ist als solches recht cool. Leider fehlt etwas mehr Tiefe oder Mikromanagement. Die Standardaufträge (neben dem Einrichten oder instand setzen) wiederholen sich leider zu oft. Für zwischendurch finde ich das Game recht unterhaltsam. Längerfristig sehe ich hier aber keinen Spielspaß. Sobald man den "Goldenen Pfad" raus hat, wird das Game äußerst simple. Ein Multiplayer wäre allgemein interessant indem man sich mit Kollegen anlegt, oder diese aktiv manipuliert. Das aber nur als Anreiz. Im Kern gibt es dennoch eine Empfehlung für das Game!
