About
The Sinking City 2 is a third-person survival horror set in 1920s Arkham. Deliberate, tense, and resource-lean: pressure builds as you push deeper, relief comes in brief refuge, and fear is something you manage. Mind your inventory, take on unnerving puzzles, and double back via unlocked shortcuts for supplies and upgrades.
A Roaring ’20s port city buckling under a supernatural flood. Tide-stained avenues and battered Art Deco. Speakeasies gone dark. Districts feel lived-in and water-worn, with routes by foot and skiff, shortcuts behind collapsed seawalls, and secrets tucked in boarded parlors. You’ll navigate a hospital where science hides its face, a fish market where the merchandise bites back, and descend deep below the city to where eldritch horrors stir.
A ritual gone wrong trapped her soul in the Dreamlands, and now malevolent forces have stolen her body. To rescue the woman you love, you must walk a dangerous path through catastrophe to the source of the flood — her presence always felt, but rarely seen.
The Slither animate the dead. Deep Ones surge from dark water. Shadows bend space and test nerves. Some fights must be met head-on; others demand a retreat to rearm, retune your build, and return better prepared. Or take on an optional investigation and come back with an upgraded gun.
Exploration is the key to survival. Read ritual residues, sift through grisly clues, decode journals that shouldn’t exist, and pry at masks that won’t come off. Optional cases never gate progress — but they unlock safer routes, hard supplies, and upgrades that change how you endure the next encounter.
The Sinking City 2 draws on Frogwares’ detective roots to deliver survival horror that runs deep and hits hard. Shaped by studio obsession and community feedback, it’s a faithful Lovecraft experience: myths made manifest, and the inconceivable fear that results.

Thank you Frogwares !

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 4: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Excellent jeu.
to be frank, this is unfinished. While fighting the final battle, I began to doubt whether it had been completed, and only after confronting the way the story ended could I gain confidence in it. necessary conditions were met, but I really regret that it ended so abruptly like this
A mí me gusta.
Lovecraftian Resident Evil from one of my favorite, most underrated development teams! Let's gooo! If you played the first Sinking City and weren't a big fan of it, or even if you were, just a heads up that this one is very different! It's not built on the same system as Sherlock Holmes Chapter 1, so it's not open-world in the same way. It's more of a linear open world in the style of modern Resident Evil games and remakes. It's also leaned heavily into survival horror, with resources and inventory space being limited, adding the classic layer of strategy on whether you want to carry that extra healing item with you, or save the space for something potentially important. They also added the "red room = stuff to find" and "blue room = cleared" mechanic from Resi. Crisol had that too. I dunno if it's just me, but I just find clearing the map to be satisfying in these types of games. Overall, if you're at all a survival horror fan, a Lovecraft fan, or a Frogwares fan, definitely give it a shot!
The Sinking City 2 is a very impressive mixture of Resident Evil and Bioshock. It perfectly combines the tense survival horror mechanics of the former with the immersive decaying atmosphere of the latter. What makes it stand out is how uniquely it weaves these elements together with a bunch of fresh mechanics, all wrapped in a dark unsettling Lovecraftian Mythos. If you love cosmic horror, resource management, and rich world-building, this is a must-play.
LOVE the direction they took this game! love everything about it aside from how annoying the enemies can be. The story was SO good! The atmosphere was amazing. Bravo to the devs! wish them all the best
genuinely just resident evil vibes: NOT A BAD THING This is such a refreshing take for sinking city, it really highlights the dread and fear of things beyond our understanding. I am excited to see how the story unfolds. This game also runs like a dream even on 16gb of ram. I am happy to support this team especially considering what they have been through just to have this game released. Good on you guys!
