Sacred Tears TRUE brings both traditional JRPG elements and fresh and unique features such as a deceptively simple but deep card battle system, redistributable skill points, and graphics by Takashi KONNO, and music by Hiroyuki Ojima and Shimotsuki Haruka.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I really like the characters and music. The artwork and story moments are cool. The main town is charming and has a lot of secrets and people to talk to. I think what broke this for me was the combat system, which is too dependent on random cards you may or may not get. It's not frustrating when I die, because I know I didn't do anything for it to happen, just had some bad luck. Still can't say I'm really having fun anymore with this one, although I did try to give it an honest chance.

This is my second time playing an AlphaNuts game, the first being White Ties (a sample RPG Maker XP game, albeit in Japanese). Like that game, The Sacred Tears TRUE has a solid card-based battle system, but you need to be prepared for the randomness of the cards. Regarding the characters, Seil and Seana have this childhood friend dynamic going on, while also integrating other subplots that vary from the mundane (e.g. having to buy a gift for someone) to the political (power dynamics going on between the church and state). I wish those plots would be explained more. Overall, it's a solid RPG Maker 2000-made game. The other RPG Maker 2000-made game that has this distinction is Super Columbine Massacre RPG.
u havnt cn, Ach, cloud save; so i havnt good Revi. 202512,steam,steam掉卡掉物抵扣,它处自定义包入的本体约9元。 爱人如己,目前就这,看以后追评。
From the beginning to the end, I still had no control over the battle system. This game is trenched in RNG up to the knees! The advertised long amount of sidestories is also primarily filler errands instead of actually developing the characters. The only real plus is the great art and sprites, but when it's attached to a project with so little substance its just a massive let down. And we do have to bear in mind that this is a very old rpgmaker game, the original release was almost a decade before it got translated. So for the time it's less cruddy? Still, I wouldn't recommend this for anything other than mindless grind fodder to play while you do something else. Really disappointed me cos the idea of playing as a phantom thief sounded cool!
This is one of the most detailed and unique RPGMaker games I've seen and played. Great characters, a good story, and good art. Where it falls apart is the combat system—it's completely RNG. Everything is random dice rolls—which is fine for an RPG, however—after you've rolled your dice, the game then implements a 20% chance at negative effects. So every action is randomized in terms of effectiveness, and then has an additional 20% chance for things to go wrong further. It's really annoying and not fun, so I didn't finish the game.
Overall
Story rich with lovable personas that try to make a living in their world. Definitely worth its current sell-price I would say.
Pros
- Interesting storyline that isn’t too predictable - Tells the story from a more humble perspective - Nice design and art - I like the ‘chapter selection’ chamber
Cons
- Lots of battling – I say this as someone who usually has no problems grinding for hours - While I love the design and art, I do have a feeling the original game was designed for a smaller screen (gameboy? mobile?). For the game itself this isn't an issue, but for the cutscenes the artwork is noticeable ‘pixely’. - There are certain side-quests that have you run all over the place with little to no hint where to go. In particular ‘The Royal Friend’ quest, and the quest with the arsonist (after he ran away, I wasn’t able to find him at all. As a result I had to abandon that quest). - Game doesn’t allow to print-screen with F12
