Honestly, The Planet Crafter is such a breath of fresh air. It is a fantastic, totally chill survival game that completely hooked me. If you find yourself reading up on planetary science or geeking out over the atmospheric conditions of planets like Venus, you will get a massive kick out of the mechanics here. You get to physically execute all that theory, building machines to manipulate heat, pressure, and oxygen to turn a dead rock into a living, breathing world. Here is why it is such a great time: Zero-Stress Survival: Most survival games constantly punish you with hunger, aggressive enemies, or stressful base raids. This game drops all of that. There are no monsters, no combat, and no jumpscares. It’s just you, a barren landscape, and the puzzle of how to bring it to life. You do have to manage your oxygen and water early on, but it never feels like a punishing grind. The Ultimate Terraforming Payoff: The core loop of the game is ridiculously satisfying. You start by setting up simple heaters and drills to fix the atmospheric pressure, and slowly you actually get to watch the sky turn blue. Then the clouds form, the rain starts to fall, and moss begins to grow. Watching a desolate planet transition into having sprawling lakes, lush forests, and eventually little mammals is one of the most rewarding progression systems I've ever experienced in a game. Fun, Casual Base Building: The base building is intuitive and doesn't demand a degree in engineering. You can easily snap together cool, sprawling modular habitats anywhere on the map to monitor your global ecology shifts without overthinking it. The Minor Gripes It isn't absolutely flawless. Because it was built by a very small indie team, you can sometimes feel a bit of technical jank. Base structures don't always snap together perfectly, the UI can be a little clunky at times, and once you hit the final terraforming stages, the progression slows down and you can run out of things to do. But honestly, for the relaxed vibe it offers, those are minor complaints.

Отличная игра!!! Разработчики молодцы!!! Красивые миры, интересные истории планет, и различные концовки! Огорчает только отсутствие озвучки на русском языке.
