This game make me feel like i ate a ton of mushrooms but the mushrooms ended up eating me. it makes me feel like im playing green hell constantly fighting my sanity men. It makes me feel like my baby turned into a raccoon and ate all my chocolate lava cakes from dominos. It makes me feel like the real things arent real but the not real things are real. It makes me feel like teletubies have televisions in their stomachs and their stomachs are a paid subscription. I recommend this game
not what I expected. if you're looking for a game for your friend group I would not recommend

Combat is absolute trash, but since this isn't a combat oriented game, I'll let it slide. If that's a dealbreaker for you, I recommend you don't buy it. Otherwise, you will find that the game rewards exploration, smart decisions, good preparation, teamwork and communication. I believe all of this is conducive to a fun gaming experience event though everybody would agree that some parts of the game need to be ironed out. Some issues may never be addressed because it's an Unreal Engine game. I'm going to give the devs the benefit of the doubt and leave a positive review. If I see good changes down the line, I'll even recommend it to friends.
A tentative yes. Most of the gameplay is very well designed, atmospheric and very on point but the lack of a meaningful progression or reward system does harm replayability a bit and may be am issue for some players. Then again Sea of Thieves was popular for some reason.
The Mound is an exceptional psychological horror game built around the successful execution several simple ideas. Its easy to pick up but still challenging. Had fun playing online and solo. Great value for the price makes this an easy recommend!
this game is honestly better than made out to be, the attention to detail on things is crazy. theres alot more that some people just arent seeing and putting time into the game just reveals how much is hidden under the surface, dont look at this as friendslop, its a narrative adventure that you can bring your friends on. highly recommend to horror fans
